I just left this place ordered a family deal with a coupon for 3 whoppers and 3 Cheeseburgers with 3 fries for $18, I skipped the drive through speaker and went straight to the window in order to avoid confusion of explaining, the teenager with curly hair decided to get rude and tell me, " Next time order through the speaker" I explained it was a coupon deal, then he got more rude asking if I spoke English. I'm a paying customer that didn't do anything wrong to warrant that response. My advice is don't hire kids that have no business working customer service .No I don't want anything for free, I just prefer people hire those that can have basic human skills and just behave accordingly. Folks go to Burger King to buy food and leave, not get scorned by snot nose teenagers without manners, and talk trash to the customers, i'm not spending money here anymore and I advise anyone else to do the same and avoid this place, piss poor communication skills. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of disgruntled franchises like this.

Went there at 8:29 pm. They closed the lobby and wouldn't acknowledge anyone. Except when a small group of people showed up. They were greeted as friends or relatives. They ordered food but not thru the register. We never saw them pay for the food. According to others; this ( lobby being closed early ) happens alot. They also were allowing food delivery services to get their food.

Food comes out quickly and in my experience at this location, fairly neat and tidy compared to other fast food that tends to appear very rushed and messy when you open it.The dining room is generally tidy but could use more regular attention. For example, I have never seen anyone wiping tables down and though the main floor is generally kept tidy, under the tables is slightly neglected.Condiments, straws and napkins are behind the main counter and not available for self service but they will quickly and easily hand you anything you ask for. This probably helps keep the dining area tidy.Overall it's cleaner than most and the service is much quicker than others in the area. The 3 stars for food and service is meant as a compliment. I can't go to a 4 because nothing stands out as great. It DOES standout compared to others but I feel the others are just lowering the bar so much vs this one doing better. We should expect the dining areas in food establishments to visibly be a priority and while this one does better than most, it's still closer to what I would consider a minimum. I would give them a 3.5 in service because I do want to compliment them and show they stand out above the surrounding venues but it's not an option. Overall will visit again.

We visited on a Monday evening. There was no line and we were helped quickly. The employee had good customer service and our food was ready quickly. Aside from our sides being partially wrong everything was average. Our burgers were freshly made and fries hot. I always love the Texas whopper!

I drove 7 miles to eat Whoppers and I had to wait like 15 minutes to get the food through drive through even though there was only one car in front of me. The meat on the both Whoppers I got was raw and they forgot to put the French fries in which I realized after getting home. I did eat some of the whopper and realized the meat was not cooked and now I have a stomachache. I will make sure to sue them don’t eat here.

the fries tasted like nothing and they forgot to put my husband's sandwich in the bag so we have to drive all the way back to get another one and when you call on the phone they never answer

Terrible drive thru service, watered down drinks, asked for tartar sauce on side. Gave me some stuff that looked like hocked up spit and smelled like sour clumpy milk. I called the store to warn them when I got home so they would stop serving it but no one ever picked up.

I’m not sure if it’s myself the medium fry looks just like my kids small fry it had two more french fries then his dad. Most importantly the price oh goodness the price went from what used to be not bad too. I commented is that the right price. Probably shouldn’t of done that. ( spicy crispy chicken ) wasn’t very spicy definitely was not crispyWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space to park probably because no one eats there anymore. The past three times I went. I think there were only the employee cars that were there.
