Delicious! My steak was perfect! Staff was kind and thorough. Didn't visit the table too often but made sure we had everything. I didn't have to reply with my mouth full once. Easy drink refills. If you have previously given this place bad reviews I suggest a second visit. 11:30 AM on a Friday. Great waiter. Looked a little like Ed Sheeran. My daughter has Autism and isn't a people person. He even got her talking to him. 10/10 coming back.

We met some family here for a Birthday celebration on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at about 2 pm. We chose this location because it was most centralized for everyone joining us. BOY! Was that a mistake!!! Had it been revealed on the website that the Air Conditioning was not working properly then we would have chosen a different location. It was so uncomfortably hot to fully enjoy our meal and our visit. I'm giving two stars because Brandy, our server was incredible. She was attentive and patient with our complaints about the temperature. It would be better business practice to simply rope off the part as unusable until the A/C is repaired. The other star was because the food was good. It took a little bit too long to come out but it was tasty. Of course it may have just seemed long because of the uncomfortable temps.

Went in with my wife for drinks and some appetizers late on a Saturday afternoon. Place was empty, no hostess for seating customers. Waitress telling us 'we only have 1 cook' Look lady that's really not my problem is it? Ordered a Bloody Mary which was f-ing awful. Last week the Presidente Margaritas were very watered down. Food was ok, but drinks sucked for $6.00 a pop. Next time, we're going to Torchy's

Unfortunately I have to leave this one star review. I try to give places benefit of doubt but based on other reviews, it seems what I was thinking has been pretty much what most people have put down. Service was okay I suppose. Place wasn't very busy and it seems to be understaffed. Somewhat surprising this location hasn't been shut down based off all the previous reviews. The food was okay, pizza, sirloin steak, chicken tenders and burger sliders. All of it was pretty terrible. Food was not cooked right including the steak. The fries tasted as if they sat under the lamp all day and the rest of the food tasted as if it was microwaved and just sat under a heat lamp. Won't be coming back or recommending to anyone that's for sure. Hopefully this place can turn around but based off of the reviews I don't see any change coming soon. Probably best to just find another place to eat at. Hope this helps.

The food was excellent however the restaurant had no a/c on the section we were sitting. When we asked the manager why are we sitting on the section without a/c , I literally said its ruining our wonderful meal.Her answer was “well there is some air” and walked away. We were totally disregarded. My 3 kids love chili’s so we always make a point to stop by on our vacations. I asked to move and our very friendly waiter moved us . Sad that the person managing the business didn’t care.

It's a Chili's. They have American food and red vinyl booths and like previous reviewers noted, they're very understaffed. I don't blame the servers, they did their best and were as polite and accommodating as could be. The food was okay.

Management here must be REALLY relying on their bonuses. They schedule the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM amount of staff on a regular basis. The servers and bar staff do what they can, but they simply cannot keep up.
We just ate here. Skip this location. Severely understaffed and the staff that is here is rude. Our server was rude from the second we sat down and was rude to every table around us as well. She was the only server and bartender and food runner. The manager was nice, comped one of our meals because we originally got the wrong food, she didn't ask what sides we had wanted and our entrees came with sides that they don't normally come with that we wouldn't ask for because we don't like them. Even still, when I paid through the kiosk, I tipped 18% and we left cash on the table (so that she wouldn't have to claim it for her taxes, it was only a few dollars but as someone in the industry, it's always nice to have a little bit and it adds up) but she felt the need to run it back out to us as we were headed to our car. Which is completely unprofessional. We will not be coming back to this location, my fiance called the store manager who said they were already planning on letting her go, but I don't think it'll be worth going back to until they have more employees

I always love going to Chili's!! This one is my go-to spot and my favorite restaurant. My favorite thing about this Chili's in particular is the size and the overall ambiance. It is never too crowded and too loud. When I've gone with friends, we always have a great time. When I usually go to Chili's, I get the full order of the Texas Cheese Fries and the Boneless Buffalo Wings. The Texas Cheese Fries are always top tier especially the green onions and the cheese! It's very savory and I love how the cheese stretches. The portion size is always more than enough. The boneless buffalo wings are always great sometimes they can be too vinegary but besides that, I get more than enough wings as well. Overall, I love this Chili's!

Came in to pick up a mobile order, 3 employees looked at me and ignored me. Then had to flag someone down to speak to a manager, he then proceeded to not care or acknowledge that his employees were not attending to their customers, his words were "oh wow I don't know what's up with that." Then said "we're you the woman who called last night and complained on the phone for thirty minutes." The nerve of this manager and the crew is inappropriate. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION! They are rude and unprofessional

When our food (1 order of beef fajitas) finally arrived 40 minutes after we sat down, it was missing 75% of the normal amount of meat and the amount that came, enough for maybe 2 little fajitas, was cold. This disrespect for customers extends to the bar area booth seat benches, where I witnessed 2 of them sliding off a raised platform, spilling their occupants. There are lots of Chilis in this part of Texas so save yourself injury and a ruined meal by choosing one of them instead!
