I placed an order to be ready at 10:50am, their listed opening time is 10:45. I got there at 10:50, the door was locked. No one came to unlock the door until right before 11 and my food wasn’t ready. Very frustrating.

Ordered multiple times from here online and it is never ready for pickup!! Showed up 30min after my order said it was ready for pickup and my order still had not even been started to be made!! They need to hire a manager that cares about customer service!! They mess up the order Everytime too! Whether it’s one of the bowls or forget a side!! Never coming back to this location!!
