Me and my husband was visiting the round rock outlet from California and stopped by the food court to get some chicken from church’s so we ordered the same thing tenders meal they were out of majority of the side and it was around 2pm and he stated we’re out I ask was he going to make some more he said that’s it and also said he has to make more tenders because he didn’t have enough for 2 orders so we had to wait which took 2o minutes I asked for mash potatoes for my side he was out I asked for Mac and cheese he was out smh so I ended up with corn on the cob which I terribly regret it was old corn mushy and stale I was very disappointed and will never go back there to eat the next time we visit TEXAS

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. It was 7:20 Sunday 12th they close at 8 and I ordered a family meal for my family of 5 and he said that wasn’t possible because they didn’t have enough chicken. I asked how much chicken do you have? The older white complected Hispanic guy reluctantly counted the chicken and then told the line “We are close because this guy took all the chicken”. I was baffled, as I tried to explain to him how that wasn’t professional and rude he began to argue and say “did I lie? Do you want me to make chicken appear from the ground?” I explained how unprofessional that is and he continued to tell more people in line “we are close he took all the chicken” I told him hey I get it, y’all don’t have any more chicken but it’s 7:30 y’all close at 8, i shouldn’t be used as the excuse as a paying customer. He continued to argue and to be rude. When I told him I was done with the conversation he continued to be rude and raised his voice again. Getting mad at the guy who is buying the rest of your supply before you close seems about the silliest thing I’ve ever heard, then telling the line hey this guy just made sure non of you ate was the wildest thing I’ve experienced. He should not be working there anymore.

This Church's is in a mall, so they depend on someone else to keep the eating area clean. The tables have a sticky wooden edge, which is disgusting. Not Church's fault, but it detracts from the eating experience. The chicken, honey biscuits and jalapeños are good.
