Although the wait was 30 minutes, it was worth it. I just happened to walk in right behind a group of 15-20 people. That’s why the wait was so long.Nitrogen infused ice cream is one of the coolest foods experiences so far this year.The texture reminded me of a thicker whipped cream. My strawberry shake was so good.I highly recommend this place.

It was a pleasure to walk into this shop and find it impeccably clean. There was no sticky goo/residue on the seats and tables. I really appreciated that. The service was warm and kind, and the order was made just like the photo! This order included the dairy ice cream, but I'm also interested in a scoop of non-dairy, so I will visit again.

Got to know them from the fb and insta advertisement. Took my family of 8 there today. It was good quality icecream.
After looking at the prices when I walked in, I almost walked straight out. I was craving something sweet and was in the area so I figured I'd give it a try. I mean, $12 for a 10ounce shake seems insane but it must be really good for that price. I gave in and I got a shake. It was ok, but I felt bad drinking it after spending $12 on it. NOT WORTH the $12. I am drinking the shake as I am writing this review, so it's not good enough to deter me from writing a bad review even as I drink it. I read a few reviews and the majority of them mentioned how the place had no customers walk in while they were there. Same scenario for me, an empty place. Not much mentioned the customer service, which was ok in my experience. Not problematic and not memorable. Nothing bad but also nothing good, which isn't something to complain about I guess. It just was eh. Overall, a subpar experience and a decent milkshake for an absurd price. Sorry Creamistry, it's mainly the cost to portion ratio but I wouldn't recommend anyone to try this place. There are other places a short drive from this Creamistry in Round Rock that are more worth the money.

It’s far too expensive for what they give you. Blue Bell is much better. The numerous signs in bold red letters informing you that refunds aren’t possible after the ice cream is made is very suspicious as well.

Nice clean place. The lady that checked us out was very nice & sweet. I did a custom scoop with dairy cookies n cream, almonds, strawberries, extra oreos, caramel sauce & biscoff cookies. They make the ice cream to order which is cool but a wait. A little on the expensive side but it was really good.
