Wish their level of rudeness would have been as apparent as in their reply. BUYER Beware!! Coffee with milk was ok. Baked items were ok. Service was overly combative and rude. I will not return. The process to pay is not clear. I tapped my credit card to pay and then the system prompted me to add a tip then i was told i had to pay so then i was explaining the process to my companion then the cashier accused me of saying i had been charged twice which was not the case. This was too much drama for what was supposed to be an easy going coffee. I will not return. Fyi--they are understaffed and they have a sign saying that. However the extra drama is not something i look for. Proof of the attitude is in the reply . different than what i am used to standard of customer service. McDonald's does not scream at its customers -- at least in my experience. I am happy to give my business to restaurants that follow a non-combative customer approach. Interesting that this restaurant does not want to look at its payment process since apparently tapping it doesn't work on the first try since I wasn't the only one confused by how it works. BUYER BEWARE!

I have been eating here for about 12 years and family and I eat pretty much everything there. Also, Tony makes the best cakes ever!!!! For every party, we usually get our cakes from him for all of our kids and family, we have never been disappointed! Everybody that eats from the cake always wants seconds to take home! Anybody who needs a cake made for any event, this is the place to go! Oh and you have to try their cortitio and their Cuban sandwich! Thank you again guys!

We got the potato balls and Cuban sandwich which is basic as it comes pork, ham, mayo, mustard, cheese, pickles can't go wrong with that didn't have a price on it. I don't member how much it cost they didn't have prices on anything. We also got the potato balls soon as you bite into the potato it tasted watery like it was frozen and it retained water, if I had to come back, I'll get the Cuban sandwich again. Update: sorry potato ball I was calling them Papa rellena..stuffed potato. Potato was watery when you bite into them it killed the favor of the beef..maybe not enough water was drained out of them after the boil?!

The best Cuban coffee I have had in Texas, the croquettes, stuffed potatoes and guava and cheese pastries fresh and to the point, but the lady is something else, I have only eaten one better than that and it was in Madrid.

Love this little gem in Round Rock. Great Cuban sandwiches, especially the breakfast omelette sandwich. Killer cafe con leche and awesome pastries and empanadas.
Great hole in the wall for great food.My only complaints is sometimes I have shown up during their posted working hours and they are closed.The other one is I have ordered different food items at different times to be told that they are out of stock on these selections.Overall the food is great and reasonably priced - I’m still coming back !!
