First time here. Food was amazing and the service was better. They were very patient, knowledgeable, and cared that I got something I would enjoy. I definitely did! Highly recommend!
I go to FreeBirds Often, But the customer service at this Location was the best I've had. The Gentleman who Serviced my Friends was so kind and patient. He came behind the counter to try to help bring my friends wheelchair in. And he was Patient with my friends inability to speak and be vocal like others. Made sure we got our desired scoops on everything and serviced each and everyone one of us, by himself. While the rest of the team was busy in the kitchen. Very kind, gave us a coupon on our large order. Restaurant is very clean, spacious for wheelchair users to enjoy a meal among others. I just got my food and the meat was not fresh also I think if an employee is sick or coughing they should be wearing masks. I am someone who has health issues and my immune system is really low and that is scary to see the person who is preparing my food is coughing and no mask on.
