I get my kids cookie cakes every year from great America cookie at the outlets location and I must say they always do such a amazing job. They always make it look just like the photos that I give them. Also they put so much pride in their art and customer service! Love love love this place!!! 100% recommend

Just tied to get a cookie they have the door lock 30 mins before the website actually closes. Have family from out of state that wanted to go there cause they dont have one where they live. There is 5 people in there closing up but couldnt stay open till 8 like their website says. Absolutely horrible customer service.
