The Honeybaked sandwiches are so delicious. As soon as you walk into the restaurant, you can smell the yummy glazed ham. Lettuce, tomatoe, pickles, fried onions all on warm bread. So good.

Usually very good, but this year they dropped the ball. Hams are not ready 1.5 + hour wait for prepaid, a lot of unhappy people in long line. May want to hold off on coming here at this time , very hectic ☹️Came back at 7:30 pm everything had settled down, ham was ready and looks delicious as always. Glad to see it calmed down, will reserve pick up time for later in evening next time around. Not sure what happened but hope they figure it out for next holiday season.

What a mess today and what a HUGE waste of my time. (I'm writing this the evening of my pick-up 12/23.)I'm not sure how or why the meltdown occurred on your end, but...my experience: I had pre-paid, had a pick-up time.....and still waiting over ONE HOUR in line. Apparently the hams weren't ready ("being glazed in the back right now"). Twice during the time I was in line, they put everything on "pause" (complete cessation of anything happening in the front of the store) for 20 minutes. So, just during my time in line, 40 minutes of NOTHING HAPPENING.Every single customer in line had already pre-paid and had an assigned pick-up time, so they HAD TO KNOW how many hams should be flowing out their doors. It isn't like it was a surprise. This was a HOT MESS.I don't blame the young adults at the front of the store. They were trying their best. I BLAME THE MANAGEMENT.Not sure I will ever be back. I don't like the idea of mail-ordering my HoneyBaked. But that is definitely an option.....as well as procuring my ham from the local grocery.For such a premium product, the in-person experience was SHAMEFUL.

With the will and determination only seen by General Maximus Meridius from the movie Gladiator I was able to get my beloved Honey Baked Ham this holiday season. As I braved the two hour line to get my ham, I dodged many an eyeing customer on my ham. As I left the store I felt my life complete. I will have my Honey Baked Ham in this life or the next.

Ordered Christmas dinner online this year. Unfortunately, like most places, they are short staffed. So, I had to wait for my smaller ham. But, their front of house staff were very kind, friendly, and deeply apologized for the delay. A young man from the back also apologized. I got everything as ordered.The staff made the difference between a bad experience and a happy, satisfactory outcomeThey open at 7 am, so I advise ordering online and arrive early to pick up the items.
Ordered on line was ready when I arrived everyone loved the food! Smile!

We are regular customers of Honey Baked Ham, and have always been happy with everything we get from them. HOWEVER, there is one exception. Thought I'd try their turkey gravy this year, and it was not even edible due to how salty it was! Tried all the tricks to tone it down, nothing worked. Made my own and was only going to use theirs as backup, but nobody would eat it! Ended up tossing it out. Total waste of money, don't buy it! All you could taste was salt, no flavor. Very disappointed.

I preordered my 8lb bone-in half ham and picked it up the Sunday before thanksgiving. I got there around 10:30 am and there was not a wait. The employees were quick and courteous. I was a bit worried because the store had a sour odor to it. However, fast forward to thanksgiving day and my ham was delicious. We feed about 8 people with it and had lots and lots of left overs. We tried to heat it up in a roaster using the 275 degrees recommended. The ham was still cold in the middle. My husband sliced it up and we finished heating it in the oven for another 20 mins. it was perfect. Honey baked never disappoints for a holiday meal. Also, make an account and join their rewards program. I think it only took me two orders to get a $9 off coupon. Oh, and i always look for deals around the holidays. This time I found a $10 off if I ordered online and prepared.
