It was okay, I got General Tsos chicken and it tasted kind of old and was tough. Fried rice wasn't very flavorful but also okay. Overall 6/10

Atmosphere and decor is nice. I was told it was renovated. The host is really friendly! The food is really good! The portion sizes are big. You get your money’s worth. We tried multiple dishes. Thai Basil Chicken, King Pao Shrimp and Orange Chicken were great dishes! Orange Chicken is crispy! We kept going back for more even though we were full. Oh, Crab Ragoons is a MUST! Edamame is good too. I didn’t try the egg rolls or lo mein. I look forward to trying those next time. Highly recommend this place!

Service is on point and efficient. We were promptly seated and quickly served. I ordered a veggie egg roll And a hot and sour soup for starters. Delicious! For dinner, I ordered the Moo Goo Delight with Steamed rice and my husband ordered Sesame Chicken with white rice. We were both impressed and pleased with our choices. The flavors were in abundance and packed with all the expectations our palates have come to experience in Chinese cuisine. Our new favorite Chinese Cuisine restaurant in Rounc Rock Texas. Extra stars for eye catching interior decorating and relaxing dinner music.

Found a literal shard of metal in my rice and when I told the server his exact words were “oh, uh, sorry ‘bout that”. He offered to remake it and I said I didn’t really have an appetite anymore (and for some reason I apologized to him for not wanting a new meal) and he said, with an attitude, “so do you just want me to take it off the bill or?” If I had swallowed that it could’ve landed me in the hospital with serious health issues, and the restaurant did not seem to care in the slightest. I’m no Karen, so I didn’t want to raise a big stink so my boyfriend paid for his meal and we just left, but it really shows a lack of professionalism, care, and hygiene from the kitchen and management both. This used to be my boyfriend’s favorite childhood restaurant and now we’re never going back because that is a serious safety issue that they did not care about at all.

So amazing we got the crab rangoons, the calamari, and I got the orange chicken with a side of fried rice the rice was okay nothing crazy but everything else was so good the jalapenos and onions and bell peppers mixed into the fried calamari was so good they had that just write with flavors the orange chicken had a nice spice to it they even put some of the orange peel normally I don't eat orange peel but mixed with everything it was great and the chicken was crispy and covered in sauce.

We've been in Round Rock for years and heard others talk about Hunan Lion but we never went. Until we did. Absolutely loved it!!!! Best crab rangoon in the area. Love the chicken fingers too (reminds me of the Chinese food restaurants we had growing up in New England). We were only in for lunch and it was a new place so we stuck to basic dishes. I can't wait to go back and try their chef specials.Atmosphere, service, portions, quality of ingredients, these were all above average/great!
