This IHOP is amazing! Very quiet and if you come ask for Sharon she’s an amazing server. This ihop is not like the others it’s very lowkey, food is great and service is extraordinary!

SLOW, It 45 minutes to get our food. Rrsponse from the hostess "We don't have many cooks." Location needs renovations ASAP. The waiter is young and not very knowledgeable about the menu items. I just felt sticky the entire time I was there. Not worth it.

Of course IHOP rocked it in Round Rock...only thing is...bathrooms needed some help and soap. But our waiter Miguel did his best to get what we wanted...was sweet and talkative..food was delish!!

When we got there we were seated and someone with 3 screaming kids was placed right behind us. I simply asked the hostess if we could be put on the other side of the restaurant. There were like five open tables. She was very rude and told me that she was not able to do that. The waitress was way too busy for us to move over to one of those 5 tables. I don't understand why we couldn't be moved to a different table. My wife had a migraine and didn't feel like sitting next to screaming kids. We left and went to Denny's. They were very nice! It was right down the road. Definitely happy with our decision to leave.

I left my backpack at the establishment and I was robbed. When I requested answers from my waiter or manager, they simply did not take the time to assist me and even told me that their cameras were useless and that they could not do anything to help me recover the 1,700 dollars that I had received. They took my backpack when they had it in their possession. I even reported it to the corporation to give me a case number, and they never followed up with me again. I do not recommend an establishment that covers thieves in their buildings.
Don't accidentally forget something at this location because they will go through your belongings and steal from you, then say sorry camera's do not work. I would highly suggest since they allow this behavior to go on, just go to a different location. Not good people

Had to come here after Kerbey Lane across the highway didn’t serve us or acknowledged us. This was sat up down and served us with a smile. The vibes here was definitely a lot better! Food and severs were great. ?

No stars, no service, no food, waited way too long. Only to be told they were 1 cook down. And it would be another hour for any food. But yet they were hopping like crazy to fill DoorDash orders. Terrible communication skills.
