The gentleman taking my order was kind. Everything else here is HORRIBLE. The customer service, or lack of any service by the manager and cook was unnecessary, the excessively long wait as several other customers come and go with their order before you get yours (a simple burger and fries) AND they still can't manage to make that right (I got a chicken sandwich ugh).This place used to have nice employees so I'd wait the long wait for the kind service. Now service and employees suck.Don't eat here.

I ordered delivery tonight and when my order arrived, I only had 4 onion rings when usually there’s more than that and it was overcooked/stale. My burger had rotten lettuce and rotten tomatoes which juiced onto the chicken patty so I couldn’t eat it all. I’m very upset at the fact that I couldn’t enjoy my munchie meal and stuck with that awful taste of the rotten food I received. I will never get food at this location again.

Stopped by late at night and Floris was great! Took my order so patiently as I was indecisive on what to get. I asked for teriyaki sauce and I liked the fact that she repeated my order while adding the sauces in the bag which kept me from looking in the bag (to check my order) and holding up the line. Shout out to the cook also because my food was so fresh and delicious! ?
Of the 3 employees only 1 is doing anything. Feel bad for the guy but all I want is my single burgerUpdate: 10 min later lady comes up and asked what I ordered then proceeded to yell at others to make the order. Nobody else is coming.

This was my mobile order almost 2 weeks ago at the Jack in the Box down the street from my house! I purposely make it a point NOT to order from this location for the reason of this Yelp post! I thought I was ordering from the location off Hwy 35 in front of Flix Brewhouse in Round Rock, TX. As you can see I placed a mobile order shortly after 9pm and when I arrived moments later to pick it up, they were closed! But all the lights were on outside the restaurant as well as ll the ones inside the restaurant. Also as you can see from the other picture I provided, the dining room doesn't close until 10p but I used the drive-thru which clearly says open 24 hours! I've attempted to call and I've left comments on their survey via the website and I haven't heard anything back YET! Even when I call the HQ during posted business hours, the automated system says they're also closed so it seems like the trickle-down effect from the corporate bigwigs to the front-line workers. I mean what company does business like this?! Is JITB ready to finally call it quits on their cuatomers? Because that's what it seems like!
