Just paid $15.12 for a bacon ultimate cheeseburger and didn't get my cheese, sad to see them going out of business used to be good fast food, no wonder there is never a wait at this location

The food is generally what is expected. It hasn't come sloppy or "contaminated" with other ingredients not in my order so this is a good thing. Service is usually timely and accurate. It's hit or miss on being adequately staffed which has unfortunately been common in the area since covid. I haven't been inside in quite a while as the last few times (months ago) I was there the dining room was closed (presumably due to lack of staff). Other times the floor was pretty greasy even if it was swept and tidy. I can only think back to my own days as a teenager a few decades ago working various food venues and this was always a priority for us. I'd stick to the drive through if you can.
I've gone here for lunch for about 3 times a month for a year now. It's near my job and I can always rely on the food to be hot, coffee to be available and staff to be friendly and polite. I think Jack in the Box gets a bad reputation for some reason, but this location is great.

This Jack in the Box is by far the best Jack in the box I have ever been too! The food was so fresh. The tacos were crisp and full of flavor and the chicken sandwich was juicy and cooked to perfection! I have been to several other locations but this tops them all!
