Walked in, and there were at least 5 people working in an empty store. Not one person looked up to acknowledge my son and I as we walked in. Decided to leave and go somewhere else just based on a lack of customer service.

Absolutely horrible. This place is ran so badly. The last 2 times we’ve ordered from here online it tells us 20 minutes. So we show up 20 min later and they haven’t even started making the food yet and it wasn’t even busy at this time. Then it takes another 20 minutes on top of that for them to make the food. And it was for 1 sandwich. We won’t be going to this location anymore.

This is a good spot. I promise you that not all Jersey Mike's are the same. It depends on the manager, and you can usually tell right when you walk in by seeing if the counter is clean. That has been the best indicator for me anyway. On my first visit, a young kid was rude for no reason. However, the manager apologized next time I was in there and said he had noticed it. So that was cool. And this place is definitely clean with quality and fresh food. Definitely recommended if you like Jersey Mike's. It's one of the good ones.

My mom just went and got two sandwiches for us and neither of them had cheese. She went 45 minutes before they closed and she said that they were already packing up, and made it clear they were in a rush. I wouldn’t be surprised if they simply decided they didn’t want to have to clean their cheese slicer again because there’s no way they made two sandwiches and forgot cheese on both. It is christmas eve but you simply shouldn’t open up on this day if employees are gonna be that lazy and incompetent. Losers. (closing shift xmas eve)

Customer services needs to improve at this location. Some of the employees are great, but others are not. If you do not want to provide good customer service, go home or find another job.

Hello! We were just in your Round Rock TX location (we have been many times since opening). Today we went to pay our $28.04 bill with a $100. When the cashier looked at the drawer she showed us about $300-$500 worth of $20’s and 1 $50. The manager told her they couldn’t accept $100 bill for anything less than a $50 bill (no where in the store is this policy stated). We couldn’t purchase our food because we only had the $100 (I didn’t have my purse and my husband only had the $100 on him). Regardless the manager then started calling my husband a child because he couldn’t pay with anything other than the $100.

Super friendly night crew ! Came in 30 min before closing and didn’t get an attitude or rushed. Everyone was nice and sweet especially the lady making my sandwich! Thank you !
