I love this Jimmy John's everytime I come, but I came in today at around 2:20, and the older lady at the register gave me one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. She was incredibly rude not only to me, but also to other customers who were asking her simple requests like if they could have a receipt. Most of the time she didn't even make eye contact and acted so disinterested that you couldn't tell she was even talking to you.Overall though, the food is always delicious, and every other time I've been served it was great!

I went there today 31 Oct 23 for the second time. The guy (dreadlocks) that took my order didn’t seem to friendly first of all and after the sandwiches were finished he just sat them on the counter and I said, you have a bag (hoping he was going to put them in a bag for me like they are supposed to do) and he just pointed to bags and said they are right there. Another words put your sandwiches in the bag yourself and walked away. I promise you, I will not be going back there again. Bag attitude! If you don’t like your job quit do something you like because customer service is not your thing.

I placed a curbside order. I arrived 15 minutes after ordering. I waited 15 minutes for the curbside order. I went inside to find out where my order was. It was sitting on the takeout shelf. The manager standing around, doing not much, told me when I asked that they were too busy to bring orders out to cars. Nice.

Some people just have bad days.. I guess I caught this sandwich artist on a bad day. Sarcasm and impatience not necessary. You are in the customer service industry. Try and act like it guy with a beard and mustache at the round rock location at 110 N Interstate 35 Ste 300.

I picked up a Beach Club today and it was delicious! I got a whole pickle for the side and it was so crisp! I am happy to find a great JJ located close to my new home.

I was charged full price for a sub on a sub roll that was sooo hard, it could have been crotons. It hurts my my gums, the bread was so hard/old. So I guess now you have to request fresh bread!!!

Terrible!! I went there today December 28,2022 at around 3 pm and ordered a little John tuna sandwich which gave me food poisoning!! I even asked the girl if the tuna there was good and fresh and she told me yes. Completely unacceptable jimmy Johns!!

BREEAN NEEDS FURTHER TRAINING, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. WENT INTO STORE TO ORDER AND SHE CAME TO THE REGISTER AND NOT ONCE LOOKED UP TO TAKE MY ORDER. SHE ONLY LOOKED DOWN AT THE REGISTER LIKE SHE WAS DOING SOMETHING SO I GAVE HER THE BENIFIT OF THE DOUBT THINKING SHE NEEDED TO DO SOMETHING BEFORE SHE TOOK MY ORDER. SHE THEN PRECEDED TO GET ON HER CELL PHONE AND LOOK BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THE REGISTER, THE FLOOR AND HER PHONE. NOT ONCE DID SHE ASKED TO TAKE MY ORDER OR SAID "MAY I HELP YOU" AS I STOOD THERE WAITING. NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THE STORE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE THE FOREFRONT OF THE BUSINESS AND IF YOU CAN NOT OFFER THAT AS A MINIMUM THEN YOUR BUSINESS WILL FAIL AND CREATE AN EXPERIENCE WHERE NO ONE WILL WANT TO RETURN TO YOUR STORE. EITHER SHE IS NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT SHE IS DOING OR SHE JUST LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, EITHER WAY SHE NEEDS TO BE PULLED FROM THE CUSTOMER INTERACTION UNTIL SHE IS EITHER PROPERLY TRAINED OR SHE JUST NEEDS TO SEEK EMPLOYMENT ELSE WHERE.

Ain't a dang thing freaky fast about any of this. The app did warn me the it would take longer than usual but it has been an hour and a fifteen minutes so far on a one hour lunch break. This place is garbage
