The food and service was good. They did not fix my sandwich as I ordered. Jordan heard what I said, but failed to do what I asked. I am not sure why they ask how you want your order when they do not fix it to your liking. They can improve upon their service.

Love me some Jimmy John's.The bread, the veggies, their pickles are heavenly and I order one quartered every time. I am not sure they don't have a sprinkling of crack on each one because I sometimes without any reasonable explanation crave a sandwich from JJ. Before this dammed pandemic I would get them delivered to work. I live just 1 block from. Work yet I can't get them delivered and must go pick it up myself. Tough life, huh?

Well I liked this place. Had gone there multiple times, and even had them deliver to me. And then I call today & despite their location being under 2 miles away from me, they can't come here. It was so strange. As if I was talking in encrypted code to someone who didn't know what the hell they were doing.I want a sandwich. Can you deliver it? You are very close, and I will pay you (as these things go). I would definitely recommend not contacting this establishment, and probably any Jimmy Johns.I mean, s**** their owner shoots rhinos & elephants!

I am service tech and I am constantly at different locations and I love JJ food. Their delivery is useless if you are more than a few feet from their door they will not deliver to you. Don’t bother with delivery.

Its gone downhill from soggy warm sand whiches to changed hours being closed sundays and huge headaches from finding plastic bits in my drinks to fighting for refunds. The stress and anxiety just to place an order from my experience isn't worth it. I should've never gave the benefit of the doubt and removed my first complaint involving the refund situation and screen shots since the employee insinuated i was making stories up when calling for assistance... i needed help not free stuff and manager offered no help and called me a liar in the end.

But they sure do wear gloves and still touch their face and hat while making my sandwich one employee took his hat off and did a hair flip like Justin Bieber.. wtf man. Make my damn sandwich and quit f****** with your face. This place needs a new manager or new employees or something because damn I'm surprised this place hasn't got anyone sick yet or shut down by health officials. I demand a refund. Like come on Jimmy Johns...I rather go to Thundercloud subs..

We were heading out of town and stopped at this Jimmy Johns for a take out lunch. They were quick as usual and we were glad to be on our way with some tasty sandwiches. I had the Turkey Tom with jalapeño chips and it was delicious. My daughter had a big John with roast beef and she was also happy. Jimmy Johns is consistently good even at different restaurants. It is a well organized made to order franchise chain.

Worst Jimmy John's experience ever! Do not go to this location or you will be disappointed. I ordered the #4 with no tomatoes, and when I got home my sandwich had tomatoes, the bread was rock hard and barely any mayo so super dry! My boyfriend ended up having to eat his sandwich on bread from home because the bread was so hard. If I'm having to pay over $20 I expect atleast my order to be right.
