I went through the drive-thru and ordered my food. When I got home part of my order was missing. I tried to call (twice) with no answer on this other end. It's too far and too late to drive back. What a disappointing customer service experience. I'm super frustrated at their mistake and the larger problem of not being available to remedy it.

I eat @ KGC once a year 2 pc white meat as soon S I enter the door there is a mop surrounded by dirty water and a dead roach. Go up to the counter order then I'm told @ 2pm there's no original recipe white meat. Pepsi tastes like the smell of Fablioso cleaner. Man behind the counter had on flip flops needless to say I didn't eat it and won't be back. Vomit ?

The employee's are extremely rude and lazy. The drive thru lady told me to go thru the line again since my order wasn't ready. Mind you I had place the order online and even gave the 10 minute grace period. So rude and very unprofessional especially for an older woman.

Please avoid getting it from this location. Fried chicken was pathetic, i am doubting how KFC franchise this location, the chicken was not fried properly, seems to be old one refried again. Even the potato fries was old one which was refried, i couldn't eat it felt.

Caution when ordering via their app because there is no guarantee that they'll have the food items that you ordered. They attempted to substitute an extra crispy for an original recipe piece & then a wing for a breast piece. My suggestion that 3 wings in place of the breast piece was more equitable, they replied that they couldn't do that. Same when I suggested substituting 5 original recipe nuggets for that missing breast piece. Lastly, you're left waiting 25 minutes for them to cook a new batch because they are unable to cancel an app order. No bueno!

Love this KFC. I never have a bad experience here. My daughter loves the sweet lighting Mt Dew from here so we always have to get it by the gallon. Food is always wonderful.

I buy 16 pieces family meal and the guy on the drive thru just give me 12 pieces with out my macaroni, napkins,sauce,ketchup,forks,spoons and no ticket I pay $50 dlls the guy make extra money with these
