So I love Little Caesars pizza it's good 9 out of 10 times but this place needs serious help. Always a long line pizza literally taking hours to be ready very understaffed and I know the people in there are doing the best they can. I just feel bad there corporate won't do better

Waited an hour after placing my online order for it to finally be ready. My order wasn’t a big order. It was just one pizza with a side of breadsticks.When it was finally ready, we weren’t alerted that it was ready for pickup like it usually does on the app. After coming home from picking up our order, I checked the app to see what time our order had been ready for pickup, and it read that it was “Still in oven”well over 45 minutes after picking it up.I’m not sure if this is normally a busy location or not, which I understand if it is, but they also seemed to be short-staffed too. I’m not horribly angry about the time it took, but I’m more frustrated at how their system is set up with inaccurate pick-up times and such.

Ordered grubhub. Took 2 hours. Both pizzas EXTREMELY undercooked. Breadsticks were undercooked and didnt include the marinara sauce. Everything in the trash. DONT spend money here.

Very poor service; pizza was supposed to be picked up at certain time and wasn’t ready; the person attending the front desk (without apologizing) said I needed to wait another 20 minutes for my order to be ready!If the order is being made online and is requested by a due time, the company should commit on giving the product at the agreed time!

Pizza was luke warm and took an hour. Hats off to the staff working fast and hard to keep up with the demand but it was too much. They definitely need help. The cashier up front was a champ even though the odds were stacked against him. Make sure you ask first what the wait might be.

The Store is so Packed at this Time, (6p.m). You can't even move inside the store. People are waiting out the door. And there is only one employee working behind the counter. Hot and Ready Pizza's are a 30 minute wait. Feel sorry for the Employee working. This Location often has a broken A.C for employees to work in. You could hear the wait time go up as you wait. Decided to go elsewhere.
Every time I go in this place there's a wait of 30 to 45 min wait and they are short staff only 2 people working. They need to hire more people.

Et, tu, brute? Not today. At this Little Caesar's, it's the customer who is being stabbed in the back. Don't be fooled into coming anywhere near here. The reviews are 100% correct. We thought, hey, how bad can it be? Very, very bad. We waited over an hour for a pizza that never reached the oven in a cramped room with 20 or so other disappointed customers. The owner should do the right thing and shutter the doors on this pizza horror show.

I am here past 10:00 PM with 7 other guests. Management has this location understaffed. I put my order in at 7:34 PM and it is 10:06 PM as I am writing this. The one employee who I saw was very nice patient (needs a raise). I am here past closing time.
