Mobile ordered and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. First off I got to the drive-thru speaker before another car came to the second drive-thru speaker and no one acknowledged me but I could hear them taking the other drive-thru order. Then a second car pulls to the second drive-thru gets their order taken and pulls ahead of me! I shouted HELLO and after about 10 seconds someone said: "Just a moment please". That was the first red flag. I get to the window, get my order, and drive off. That's the second red flag because he didn't confirm my order, just gave me a bag with a sandwich and hashbrown. When I reached into the bag I noticed the sandwich felt much harder than normal, the wrapping was white instead of yellow and that's when I realized they didn't give me the right food. That was the third red flag. Normally I'd just say skip it and not complain, oh but not today. I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR! So in all the rush hour traffic, making myself late for work, I go back, park my car, and walk in to complain that I got the wrong food! I gave the man my receipt and the bag of food, he then went and got another bag of food and said please check to make sure it's correct. I DON'T WORK HERE, THAT ISN'T MY JOB SIR! But nonetheless, I look in and see the hashbrown and yellow wrapper that I normally see for this order and I'm content. I say thank you and I leave to rush off to work! Open the bag as I was driving and noticed that they gave me a cold regular egg McMuffin sandwich with Canadian bacon instead of sausage and a cold hard hashbrown. THAT WAS RED FLAG NUMBER 4! I gave you the receipt that shows what I ordered and yet you still managed to give me THE WRONG ORDER?! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?! ARE THEY THAT INCOMPETENT AT MCDONALD'S?! AND IF SO, I'M 1000% ON BOARD WITH FULL-ON AI OR AUTOMATION TAKING OVER AT FAST-FOOD RESTAURANTS! BECAUSE THE PISS POOR, I DON'T CARE ATTITUDES IN CUSTOMER SERVICES IS NOW AT AN ULTIMATE LEVEL OF RIDICULOUSNESS THAT IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY! IF Y'ALL DON'T CARE HOW CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED AND WE'RE THE ONES KEEPING YOUR DOORS OPEN, THEN YOU SHOULD JUST CLOSE THE DOORS PERMANENTLY! I know this should not have affected me in this way, but unfortunately, this set the tone for the rest of my Friday and someone at their corporate offices needs to know about the lack of attention to detail at this particular location!

I think that in every place you should have respect for the customer, at 10pm sharp they literally threw us out of the store like dogs. I understand that they close at ten o'clock sharp but they can let the customers who were already inside finish eating. That was very bad for the families who were there.

I should have listened to the reviews. Stopped on our way through the area and should have picked a different location. Used the drive thru and had to wait for our fries for over 5 minutes. When we got them they weren't even hot.
