Always a very long wait. They make all customers in the drive through park and they bring the food out to you. I’m guessing this is so it makes their speed numbers look better to corporate. This is the second time we’ve come. We’ve been waiting 13 minutes bf no sight of anyone for the 5 cars still waiting. This is not “fast food.” It’s you’ll get it when we say you get it.”

Saw the manager of the store outside chatting with the guy, who had a truck with a open trailer, blocking all 4 pickup mobile spots!! They must be friends, because they were there for a while! Tried to make a call, did my order on the app, and went through the drive-thru. Still chatting and blocking all the spots!!!

The drive thru lane I was in didn't work when I pulled up, but I saw the person in front of me oder. The other lane 3 people where helped while I waited. I finally just left.
Update: Contracted Gastroenteritis from here ended up going to the docs. Nice.ABSOLUTE REGRET. I eat here maybe twice a year. Came here 2 days ago. My stomach has been bloated, inflamed, and in pain for over two days and two nights now. I've been curled up on the couch, basically food poisoned from this establishment. Just torture, I can barely eat anything. So yeah, I think I'm done with McDonald's forever.

I have ordered multiple times using the app. I usually have orders for 5 people. And 100% of the time, it is guaranteed they will miss a line item. One time it was a basket of fries, second time it was a happy meal, third time it was 4 medium fries. If you order for more than yourself: check your bags before you leave the store. It does not matter if you wait in a space, walk in, or drive thru, do not leave unless you gotten what you ordered. Period.Food tastes great, store looks great, people are nice enough. But minus stars for logistics on missing items (repeatedly).
