Went through the drive through. Food was hot,tasty and delicious. Fries were crispy and hot and burger was juicy and bun was fresh and soft.

The sandwich i ordered was missing 2/3 of the toppings it was supposed to come with.When I returned the sandwich & asked for a refund because I could not wait for it to be re-made, the manager offered cash instead of putting it back on my card, then he thought I wouldn't notice that he was trying to give me less than I had paid. Not cool.

OK you all may have been seeing the new McD adds touting a new and improved burger experience, juicy burger and melted cheese, etc., but I'm sorry it has not improved for me. The kiosk experience for me is meh, it's a very disconnected human experience for me if McD wants to even call themselves a restaurant still. I ordered the New Big Mac meal, and it was very disappointing. The Bun was fluffy but the patty is still small and thin and not at all juicy as they claim. My burger patties were falling apart and out of my burger before I was done. And my fries were already cold, they are only good when they are hot and fresh. Overall, it was not an eating experience i care to come back for. I didn't spend more than $10 on my meal, but i left feeling not satisfied at all. Sorry, McD, I will visit my other Burger options before I consider you again, nice try.

I mean it is McDonalds so not the best for nutrition but every once in a while I get a Big Mac attack and it didn’t disappoint. Fries are the best as usual. I do miss the sauces they had over the summer though. ❤️
