This is the first McDonald's that I've been to that no longer has a realistic option for a cashier. There is one, but you have to wait 20 minutes or so to get helped. The instructions say to set the numbered table tent on your table so they can bring g your food. By that, they mean get a number so you can go get your food when they scream your number. Oh well, that's what you get when you pick the fast food chain with the worst customer service.

If you know how many sauces you need to enjoy your meal and even order the specific amount of sauces you need....do NOT expect them to actually give you the amount of sauces you need....?♀️? Countless times I order 4-10 sauces and only receive 1 or 2... Ive seen tiktoks where the employees say they intentionally do this...so if this is what they're told to do I guess that makes me an unhappy customer...normally I don't mind but it gets annoying to where I don't see my review changing.-Updated my review from 2 stars to 1 star, this location has the worst customer service...

This is our usual McDonald's. I went through the drive-thru. Their soda machines were down. No big deal for me since I was taking it home and we have soda. But my wife's McCrispy had no chicken! (Although they did remember the double mayo). On the plus side, the guy taking orders was friendly.

This location is generally clean and the service is fine but I have noticed they have some of their prices jacked up higher than other locations, for example a spicy McChicken being $2.69.... Yeah the dollar menu sure is dead. I realize food prices are up everywhere but it bothers me in this context because I think most people probably aren't expecting the prices to vary across locations but clearly they do due to franchising and they probably order the same food without thinking about it and if every item is subtly increased by 60 cents that's adds up to taking a lot extra out of customers pockets...if this location also pays its staff more, id love to know...

The staff here at this location are the best of the best. The problem is the owner you will not find a more expensive McDonald’s than this location. Just one example is that I purchased an iced tea here for $2.49. I can go to the brand new McDonald’s on the same road, about 2 miles to the west and that same iced tea is $1.89. Every item at this McDonald’s is overpriced compared to all the other McDonald’s in the area and I know for a fact because I compare receipts. This owner is trying to rip his customers heads off financially. Please find another location if you want good food, but at a fair price.!
Every McDonald’s in Texas needs to learn from this place. The service is spectacular and the food taste like the original McDonald’s food that I grew up on. It was fresh and not sloppy. The staff was friendly and actually acted like they like their jobs. I was very very impressed and will continue to use this location even if it’s a little bit out of the way.
