The nasty attitude girl who works the drive thru handed me a toddlers box sized entree for my 3rd entree and said that it is the size they always give. I eat panda too often to know that was a lie she was just being petty for some reason. I literally drove to another panda off parmer and got the exact same order and the box they give or ANY other panda gives is the medium sized box. Atleast if you have a terrible attitude back it up with facts. You work at the place and don't know your stuff. The picture is the box you are suppose to recieve when ordering the bigger box. Not the toddler sized one.

The reviews and rating of this location speaks for itself. The food is terrible compared to other pandas. Seems like they just don't care about quality at all and just want to push garbage out. The girl who took our order when it was 2 hour before closing time just told us they are out of what we wanted and said do we want anything else instead. Every other panda I have been to will ask if you would like to wait or get something else. They are so lazy they don't even want to make more of what they are out of HOURS before close so they'd rather say they are just out. Place us horrible and service is garbage.

I’ve been coming through the drive thru at this location for a long time now but for the last couple weeks it’s been taking around 10 minutes to order when it used to only take a couple before. Every single time my boyfriend and I have gone through drive thru we have been told to wait for minutes at a time! The customer service used to be amazing and the workers are still nice but but the wait time has been ridiculous. I will not be returning to this location unless I have 20 minutes to spare in the line!!!

The food is good but the service is not because they give you very little food for a lot of money then on the menu it says a SIDE and an entre and when you pay they charge you for the SIDE and the entre separatelyYou complain to them and they don't listen to you, they just sell you the brand, not the food, very very bad.

The steamed rice was a wet, solid mass. I asked for fresh rice and was told it was fresh. The manager gave me a new serving and it is also a mostly wet mass. Hard to believe an Asian restaurant can’t steam rice. This is not the first time I’ve gotten poor quality food and service from Panda Express. I will not be returning.

We ordered the 3 entree. I know goods are expensive but we didn't get enough food for what we paid for. The walnut shrimp (with an upcharge of $1.50) barely filled the small box and even the chowmein was noticeably much less than the usual amount we get. Disappointed.
Great service, tasty food, good reward program! Make sure to sign up because you get points towards upgrades or freebies. This location has great service as well

Messed up my order, portions here are way smaller than any other Panda Express I've been to and the people there are no help when trying to get a problem resolved 2/10 wouldn't recommend going here. The food wasn't even fresh. It was cold and hard.

Visit this location a lot myself and my coworkers. I spend so much money here but they are super stingy with their sauce. Visited this location today and Barbara Valen was very rude and unprofessional because we asked for extra sweet and sour sauce.

Gave me a hard time for wanting to try a Sample of one of their entrees (a single piece of meat) , said I had to pay extra?? How do I know I like it and want it if I can’t try a sample of it?? Would like to know why I hav to pay extra for a sample? Please respond panda.I also asked for lots of soy sauce and rude lady gave me 3 haha like please take care of your loyal customers panda. I don’t know if I want to eat yalls food again.
