Highly unorganized with not many customers in the building. Maybe they had new hires, not sure, but it was was mess to try and pick up my order that I ordered from the app. I was in line to pick up my order and the guy at the register didn't know what to do, so he proceeded to help the next person in line. I was tired of waiting and just picked up my order from where I could see it, not in bag and left. I had already paid for it, so not sure what was confusing about the situation.

Food was super great and the portions were big too. They were out of fire cracker shrimp and we had to wait for a few minutes. So they put in extra rice and a huge portion of shrimp! Customer service so super good

We stopped in to get honey sesame chicken the chicken was obviously old and not fresh, we asked of they could cook a fresh batch and we were told no and the guy tried to tell us it was fresh but we can see that it's not fresh and the vegetables are limp and looked like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for quite a while. Very poor customer service. This is why you guys have a 3.6 on Google reviews.

I walk in and inside looks nice im about to get my food when a woman has an attitude serving me, i ask for my food and she kept giving me stares of agony, when i asked for a eggroll she got a springroll which then i asked for a eggroll please and she throws the untensil aggresevely to the plate and grabs my eggroll, when she was putting my food in the bag she throws the fortune cookie in the bag and gives me an eyeroll at me. Bad service ,good food

Spent 25$ part of my order was missing and one of the entrees didn't have meat in it like it was suppose to just vegetables, i love panda but never coming to this location, spoke to manager Sergiowas the ruddest person i have ever met. i will never come to this location anymore!
