I've never experienced a better papa John's or pizza restaurant, I asked for a delivery and I spoke to Kaitlin about placing my order and destyni on the eta on my order because I have anxiety and I get very overwhelmed if people knock and they were so nice and kind they helped me out so much it was amazing. They literally made my day. And I had a driver named Madison deliver my food, she was so kind making sure the pizza stayed hot and fresh and the drink stayed cold, and made sure I didn't need anything else. I truly reccomnend asking to talk to destyni and Kaitlin they were so helpful and kind it was unbelievable. I'm definitely going back! The pizza was perfectly cut and perfectly half and half, I have autism so I get overwhelmed if certain toppings are touching and they did it so well I'm truly amazed.
I came at 10pm because my son was hungry. The employee was very angry and disrespectful. If my son wasn't hungry, I wouldn't buy pizza from this disrespectful man. He takes the money and makes pizza with his hands. Not clean.

The pizza and cheese sticks were pretty good, but my complaint is because the guy that was making the pizza was handling money and then went back to making food without washing his hands. Also on top of that they had to remake the cheese sticks because the delivery driver took them. I can understand the mixup with the food, but at least wash your hands what the heck…

Liar liar....that is NOT a New York Style or SIZE Pizza! Some of Us actually know the difference.
Sat in my car for 15 mins waiting for someone to bring my pizza out. Had to go inside to get my order and when I mentioned it to the young lady at the counter she played dumb and said that they dont do that even when I pointed it out to her on their window.

Nick and his Friday night team were very quick, kind, respectful, and professional. You can tell by the atmosphere that they work as a team and respect their manager. I ordered late and it was still not a problem. Food was hot and delicious.

One of the employees was drinking from a can left on the cook line, touching non food items then went right to touching and making pizzas never washing his hands. He also had a serious issue with starring at people making them feel uncomfortable. Worse Papa John's experience I have had.

If I knew Papa Johns use doordash for delivery, I wouldn't of ordered. My guy was picking up a different customer order from Popeyes for 25 minutes, so of course it's a cold pizza by the time I get it.
