I came to eat at Phonatic in Round Rock. The customer service was horrible the lady was vulgar, not happy and she said they don’t accept cash only cards. I didn’t see a sign saying only card no cash.

Food was so so. Not the best pho. More like a fast food pho.

This was the best pho nearby but not sure what's going on here lately. Past 2 visits, the food is bland. I always get spicy van van noodles with chicken broth, pork eggrolls and tea. The broth was flavorless and no spice in the chili oil. Please check your ingredients and cooks!

Nothing is worse than having the feeling of something crawling on you while eating. my daughter and I were in the area for doctors appointment and stopped at this location after a doctors appointment. mid eating felt something crawling on me and I flinged off a 2 in roach that landed on my 7 yr old. After asking to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn't one in the establishment. Total loss of appetite and have a 45 min drive home. Person who took my order had no enthusiasm of even wanting to be at work and so quiet I could barely hear her when taking my order.

For pho it's a no for me. If you don't like fatty broth then this is for you. It wasn't horrible but they don't have a lot of my faves. Egg rolls were yummy and I was told their bahnmi are yummy too. I probably will go back to try it. Friendly employees and great vibe.

This place quality has diminished drastically since I was first introduced to Pho 8 years ago by this specific location. I thought I would be in for a treat since I’ve moved 25 miles away and husband was nearby, asked me what I wanted for dinner and I immediately said Phonatic! Welp never again. For one thing, they’ve gotten rid of the Seafood Pho. Alternatively you can get 6 shrimp in the Shrimp Pho. Secondary I like my pho spicy and the only thing that’s going to do that is the chili oil which I know was asked for 4-5 times. My family gets home with nothing but chili paste which is NOT CHILI OIL. Lastly the broth is not flavorful like it used to be and the limes were bitter nasty with barely any juice. Just all bad. Idk if I should give up on Phonatic in general or just this location which HAD sentimental significance to me. Not anymore, it’s gone downhill.

I ordered the vegetable pho and vegetable spring rolls. My pho bowl was loaded!!! Definitely worth the $13!. However, the spring rolls only had lettuce, noodles and tofu in it. I was expecting more veggies in the roll minus the noodles. You have to ask for the fish sauce. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. I will definitely go back!!!

Unless you enjoy eating lukewarm soup with raw old meat in it (soup has to be hot in order to cook the meat) I’d recommend to stay far away from this place. It was so gross and tasteless. Even after we added all the fixings, still gross.

The food was very good, and the noodles were a decent amount. The spring rolls are good as well. Great service.

They did have lotta items unavailable at the time, it was cool, ordered oxtail pho. Was pretty pricy, but the amount of meat and soup was ?. Only the issue was the noodles were a bit soggy. 2 pho and a drink was like $50+

Ok food, service is good (students/teens) can't expect much there. Pricey and the atmosphere is non-existent. There are other branches much better than this one.
