So I saw in the menu that they had rotisserie chicken so I ask the lady if they had any she replied no so I asked if they ran out or they don't sell it . She rudely replied " O sad no !! Don't you understand? I said sorry I just asked because it's still showing in the menu , she was very rude and said you don't hear to well cause I said no we don't have any ! Very loud and in front of customers

i like their food and stuff but there is one lady who works there and she is extremely rude. she is not wearing mask too... i don't normally write reviews but i came there as happy and her rudeness took all of my positivity. i definitely will not come here again unless im starving and there is no other options...

How can one possibly go wrong with a shawwarma?This is a worst food I have had in ages.Firstly nobody was available at the counter. We knocked for like 5-6 minutes. And then came this super rude employee.We ordered our food and guess what? Bun was super hard, stale chicken and some weird smell. Never going there again.Wasted $20. That’s it.

We had to wait for sometime until someone answered us as there's only person working there. The person serving has no face covering at all and upon asking she was extremely rude and never wore any face mask. Please save your money and time and choose some other place as there's nothing good here.Request to management, please close this place and let something good be replaced in the food court

We went there for the first time, since we want to try their food. We went to their counter but no one was there to take our order, we knocked several times but no one answered, so we decided just to come back a little later thinking staff was on break. We came back after sometime. While still a far from. the store, we saw a man behind the counter but when we are approaching the counter, this man went at the back, to their kitchen and never came back. We tried to knock but no one came out. Why do you have to open if you don’t want to work!?

Just ordered from Pita Haus for the first time. This is their "loaded fries". Cold and soggy fries, undercooked meat, and no other toppings whatsoever. Definitely not as described. Highly disappointed.
