Catherine and Q both went way above and beyond to help out my School District when we were visiting for a school Conference. We will for sure recommend them to other schools visiting for the conference as well!
Horrible experience. They decided to use third party delivery service. Order was 40 minutes late and was cold and hard. Tried to call store but they kept hanging up without saying hello. Experience was so bad that it was almost laughable.

I have had this pizza hut deliver several times before. Now they say i have to call the pflugerville store for delivery. I have a Round rockAddress, not pflugerville and it appears they dont care for your business. This store is not any fuuther than the pflugerville one

I had a great experience at the Round Rock Pizza Hut. The order was quickly made, fresh tasting and the staff was friendly. This is rare in these post-covid days. Your hard work was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this pizza hut!

Delivery driver claimed to deliver my food and ring my doorbell four times. No one rang my doorbell once. I even have security cameras that show no one ever arrived. I called the manager and she claims the driver delivered my food to the right address. I'm sorry, but unless she dropped it off herself, how would she know. She said they could remake it and send it out or refund my money. Why would I agree to another order being delivered to the wrong location? She was rude and unapologetic.

Customer service is lacking. I ordered 1 cheese pizza and they were unable to deliver that. 1 pizza. Then called me 30 minutes after it was late and blamed doordash. You subcontracted the labor, not me. Yes they remade the order and was going to get another driver but this was another 45 minute wait. Employee got made that we wanted to take our business elsewhere. I understand things go wrong but the way the situation was concluded was by trying to get corrected by the employee and no food. You failed your job today.
I work right behind pizza hut and my office orders quite frequently from them, and we have never been disappointed. Pizza is always hot and fresh and we don't have to wait at all when it comes to getting our orders. Ordering online with a pick up time as never been a problem!

If I could give this 0 stars I would.We had order food last night when we got our food from door dash only had one of our pizza and it was cold. He explain they only gave him this he apologized.We called the store they explain we get refund or it take another hour get our food because they would remake it send it out we got our food but my whole household end up getting food poisoning we been up all night ?Drs told us it was food poisoningSo honestly whoever work night shift made our food either tampering with our food or they are not being sanitary here.

Horrible location! How is it you cannot communicate issues?! The app says one thing and they state another. Then when you ask how much longer it's a shrug and zero cares! Do better! I would not recommend this location period!

We needed to order an extra large pizza; we wanted one with several toppings. The employees told us they could not do that, even though I told them we'd pay for them. The flavor was good but the pizza was skimpy.
