The manager took her time to kindly and patiently show me how to order pizza online so I could have access to the Best Deals ?I am almost deaf with severe hearing lossThe manager made sure I understood the ordering process and the payment processThe pizza makers were also very good and made my pizza exactly as I requestedI Am a Very Happy and Satisfied Customer!!

Terrible service. Terrible experience. Placed an order for delivery at 7:30. 20m later received a notice it was on its way. Said 25-35m until arrival. At 9, an hour later I called bc I hadn’t received my order. A young lady answered that literally didn’t even know a single thing. Couldn’t even look up my order. Clueless. Then a “manger” got on the phone. Said he saw my order and it would there “any minute” I said it’s been an hour since it left for delivery. Is it going to be cold? He cut me off and said “No way” and just let there be awkward silence on the phone. I’m like ??????? ok? ANOTHER 45 goes by…. So a total of 1 hour 45m since I received notice my order was out for delivery and 9:45pm by this point…. I call back. Clueless girl answers. Passes phone back to “manager.” Says my order was delivered before 8pm.This is my THIRD experience with this restaurant where they screw up my order. The first 2 times they used Door Dash for delivery so I just assumed it was DD fault. This time was their own delivery person and they STILL can’t provide proper service.Never again.

We order from this Pizza Hut usually once a week and the order is always right, delivery is prompt, and the drivers are personable!
We usually order delivery, and I wish we would be informed if it is by DoorDash ahead of time. We are not fans of DoorDash deliveries. That’s why one star was deducted.I picked up my own pizza from the Cat Hollow location of Pizza Hut and everything was good. They usually get our pizza order correct. There was only one time where it wasn’t and that was a while ago. Customer service was good.

Thanks Pizza Hut for giving me more green peppers after going to my car and seeing the extra I had ordered wasn't extra at all. Thanks to the employee that gave me more!

I ordered a thin crust pizza here, it was hands down the worst pizza I have ever experienced. I'd say it's like they took a frozen pizza and microwaved it, but I've had far superior frozen pizza.Had they just sent me over to heb to get a Torino's so they could heat it up for me they'd have been doing me a service.Absolutely bland crust, underdone sparse toppings. I think I got the example of how to not make pizza.Also ordered a pasta side and ended up getting the wrong one. So I had a pizza I couldn't finish and a side I couldn't eat.I'm sure their hand tossed is fine but absolutely avoid the thin crust pizzas here.

They did not disclose door dash would be delivering my food until it had already been made and started delivery. The door dash driver was so bad at finding my apartment the food showed up late and was cold. Really disappointed with my experience and don't intend to order from pizza hut anytime soon. I even tipped pretty decent so it felt like a slap in the face.
