The people at the waiting area need more training, i waited 5 minutes for a person to help me, juat to tell me to wait for 10 minutes, after that I had to wait 40 more minutes after the time I was told on my ticket, for a pick-up order.

Online order stated it would be ready at 727 pm. Show up not ready ask at 745 when it would be ready and they haven't even started on the order. Alex the supposed manager brought the order out. No offer of anything not even a free drink while I waited 30 plus minutes after the time their website said it would be ready. Do not go here unless you want disappointment, rude service, and outrageous wait time. Multiple other customers were standing around waiting for their orders over 30 min past the stated time as well.

I sat at the bar and placed a Togo order maybe the color of my skin made them feel as if I wouldn’t tip or just wasn’t important. I was forgot about on several occasions from drink order to appetizer I had ordered. Placed a togo order it was just wings and waffle fries after sitting there over an hour I get home and only wings no fries. There has to be a better solution to giving great service inspire of I left a 20 dollar tip for bad service. Never again. I’m a manage a restaurant and this is definitely not tolerated at my place of business every customer is valued the same. This is my 3rd time eating here and the service is always bad.
