The convenience of having a store so close to surrounding neighborhoods is such a nice thing. They have groceries, a bakery, wine and beer. The service is always courteous and friendly. The only thing they're missing is a meat market. It's a great store!!

Closing time is up to them. Lives in the neighborhood for a year and decided it was time to go support local. It was late but we could make it with 5 min to spare. He seen us and scurried to the lights and shut them off. Gonna be a while before I even think of going back.

We love this place. The bakery is terrific. We get the best peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies there. I love that you can pop in and get a head of cabbage or a bag of chips, without having to go through the long lines at a regular grocery store.

Amazing cakes! I got a German chocolate that Carmen did a fantastic job on. One of the tastiest cakes I've ever eaten. My wife loved it too. Also very good beer/wine selection as well as snacks. Cashiers are always super friendly and helpful when you need to find something.

Didn't expect this place would be so great. Awesome little market with a bakery with great pastries. The people are really nice and friendly. They have a great selection of drinks and groceries, its saved me from having to go another 2 miles to HEB plenty of times. Just go check it out.

Love this little market. They make great breakfast tacos, lunch, and have any beverage or snack you'd like. If I forgot something from heb I know I could pop in and grab what I need here. Very welcoming and hope others can give them business!

They are local and very friendly. Have a wide range of groceries. We got the Philly cheese steak and fries also a cheese burger. Happy to say they didn't make it home. They were so good. And we live 1/2 mile away. My new favorite spot. The prices were really reasonable also.
I was on a service call in the strip center where this grocery is located, and needed something to drink. Walked in expecting a convenience store, and saw fresh produce, lots of spices and OH MY, a hidden gem of a bakery. They had samples of different cheesecakes, cupcakes, cookies, etc. I ended up sampling (and buying) blueberry cheesecake, strawberry cheesecake, tres leches, and some sweet cornbread. They had several Mexican pastries and flavors of cupcakes as well. They also make food as well, which I would've gladly gotten as well but had just eaten. I will be back!

Saved my butt during Christmas. I run a bakery and had ran out of heavy cream on Christmas Day and panicked to find an open store with what I was looking for. Sam Bass Market really came through. So happy they're open during holidays!

The worst breakfast tacos I ever attempted to eat. We took one bit and threw them out. Order was wrong and everything was burnt and or/dried out. The bakery selection looked old and sad too. The market is just a XL gas station. Don't see a reason to return sadly.... Was so excited for this spot too after reading other reviews.

The staff at Sambass Market are very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Our community grocery store is extremely clean and convenient with most of the necessities. They have a verity of produce which is nice when you needed those one or two items of vegetables or fruit to complete a meal. Same with dairy, in a pinch it is nice to have a local store to stop into. Freshly made breakfast tacos and donuts. Followed by sandwiches for later in the day to build to your satisfaction. Lets not forget the wide range of beverages with the walk in wine and beer section to add some cheer and celebration. It is wonderful to have a local neighborhood business that is there to support our family needs and together we as a community are helping build our local businesses.
