They will not customize your order. So you get to only choose from the menu. For example, just wanted a medium Mongo/pineapple/peach(n/a) with greek yogurt and tart cherries with no sugar. They wouldn’t give me instead chose ‘ISLAND IMPACT’, with tart cherries. It did not dissapoint tho.
Good smoothies but the poor service experience in previous reviews is very warranted. Rigid cashier, inflexible, and 8 think she is the owner of at least the manager. They would not give me an extra cup. They forgot about my second smoothie. Would not let me use their restroom briefly.

Customer service: MehSmoothie: Double MehTook 5 minutes to get to me even though there were 3 employees and no customers. I watched one of them make my smoothie and notice that it was extremely runny. Her solution was to add more ice. Perhaps they should follow the recipe. That way, the drink won’t be tasteless and watery.The one pro is that their ingredients look good quality. For that, they get 2 stars.
