Sonic used to be so good! For some reason they've started putting ketchup on all their hamburgers. Why? Every time I get a hamburger there which is not often anymore they're always soggy by the time you get midway through it because they just cake it with whatever sauce she's asked for or I don't know if the lettuce has been soaking in water. The burgers have been kind of tasteless. I mainly stick with corn dogs these days because I'm in a hurry they're quick and easy sometimes they're hot sometimes they're not.

I just waited 25 minutes for one burrito. Never got it. I had to leave so that I am not late for work. Horrible service. Consider the money I paid (+ tip), a donation. You're location just lost a customer. Maybe it's just me......Please explain to me what "fast food" is again ??

Arrived at 4:35 Dec 17, 2023. Pushed the button and saw "Red button activated, we'll be with you soon." At stall 12. Waited 10 minutes and nothing. So I moved to stall 14 and waited another 5 and no response. Ended leaving and dont plan on returning. This Area has another Sonic on AW grimes. I recommend going to that one or one of the many other fast places in the area such as McDonald's, Burgerking, Jack in the box etc.

These kids that are running this place do an OUTSTANDING job. They are always running to cars to get the food out as fast as possible. This is my favorite sonic!!! Customer service is always on point. Jason is my favorite here!

Went through the drive-thru did not get the right size drink or any of the condiments I ask for when I said some to the girl with tattoos all over arms she acted up set and out or her way to correct he mistakes and no I have nothing Against tattoos for I have them all up-and-down my arms also. I apologize twice for her. Having to correct her own mistake and she said nothing back.
This location has REALLY stepped it up. I remember ordering a soda from here and waiting over ten minutes. I pushed the button and they had totally forgotten about it lol. The new team and management are very friendly and food and drinks are delivered quickly. It's a literal 180 from the way it was before and it deserves the higher rating to let people know that it's a better location now. Great job guys.

I would have preferred hot fresh tots. I did come close to closing time. 2 stars for food because going above and beyond gets a 5 star rating regardless of the time. Closing was 10pm I arrived at 9:30pm. The young lady who delivered my order was very pleasant. She made eye contact ad soon as she opened the door and had a big smile. Very welcoming thank you.
