Drive through experience, the young lady that works there is very kind and chatty, in a good way. Made it feel like "The Austin experience" from the past. Good people, great care taken to make the orders to spec. Appreciated the interaction.

I’ve NEVER shared a review about Starbucks, but this was worth it. Yesterday I was having a pretty terrible day, my brain was fried and I was holding back tears. Something in my just felt like Starbucks would really help, but I had no idea.I pull up, I order a drink for my friend and all of a sudden I just couldn’t think. The menu just looked like a garbled mess and I was overwhelmed, even though I order the same thing 90% of the time. I got up to the window and they told me the price, but it seemed low. I inquired about the price for 2 drinks and the person working the window said “it sounded like you needed some love”. I don’t know if they paid for my drink or if that was an Aunty Starbucks freebie. It wasn’t some crazy over the top thing, but it had me full sobbing at the red light.I hope that the people that worked yesterday see this and know that you not only made my day, my week, my month or maybe even my year (RIP Chandler). But seriously, thank you, I’m getting choked up again just writing this.

Love the service. By mistake, I ordered my coffee in the wrong shop, but drove to this store and searched for order. Then realized my mistake. But employees are kind enough to give the order for no extra charges.

We had gotten an email for a fall special BOGO after 12pm in September. All we had to do, according to the email from Starbucks, was “Show the barista”.We ordered and showed the barista but they were certain that we needed a code to scan. This was not in the email. He said it was invalid and it could be used in app, however, the app needed to have been previously downloaded for a period of 2 weeks. That’s a very specific timeframe to receive a free coffee.Anyway. We canceled the order. Parked. Downloaded and ordered from the app and was able to use the deal. Picked up our order in store without issue.Coffee was good! Staff needs to be in the know for current deals.

Most ignored I have ever been at a star bucks - order a drip, banana bread and bag of ground Cafe Verona - employee served banana bread really quick-ground coffee after visiting with other employees coming on duty - chit chat - waited on another customer-I ask about my drip and she said she has not had a chance to get it yet - then she started restocking the pastry case - I just left

I rarely pass by this location, but the two times Ive stopped, the staff have been friendly and the place is clean. Ive never had a long wait (I order on mobile app).Will visit again if I'm in the area!

This is the absolute slowest Starbucks in America. If you don’t want to spend 25 minutes in a 4-car drive thru line, go somewhere else.
