Somehow I accidentally ordered my coffee at 6am, minutes after I woke up, lol. I had meant to only add money to the app. I didn't realize what I had done till I arrived at about 10:30am. They were so sweet and remade them for me (5 venti white mochas). I am very grateful. ❤️❤️❤️***the Hutto store has been closed for 2 weeks and still has another month of being closed left, while it is being remodeled and the surrounding stores are getting hammered bc of it. Plz have patience with your baristas, they are doing the best they can***

Ordered thru mobile app(1 coffee & 1 croissant) for drive thru pick up/ app stated approx time ready 10:13Arrived at location & drive thru line was around parking lot, so I went inside. Inside was just as backed up. At 10:25 inquired just to make sure my order was not sitting at drive thru window ... The Gentleman barista was very polite & apologized that they were backed up. The woman barista said - I will call your name when I pull it up. (A little huffy in my opinion) . I waited a little longer, then went back outside to join the drive thru line ( had gone down a bit). I finally had my order in hand at 10:40! A little ridiculous!!!! Croissant was no longer warm, but at least coffee was hot

Don’t come to Starbucks often except to get my birthday drink once per year. Stopped here yesterday and the barista seemed a little peeved at me not telling him I had a birthday reward before trying to pay and then tried to make a comment back-stepping his rude tone. Sorry you had to work Superbowl Sunday but don’t take it out on the customers. ??
Ordered through mobile app. 2 hit drinks, one the usual hit temp another extra hot. Showed up 1 minute before noted pick up time. One drink was lukewarm while another COLD. I noticed until I was a few minutes away and could not turn back since I was on way to a meeting. There was no line in Drive thru and only a few customers. Why woukd they make the order so early?I tried chatting with customer service and emailing. Still waiting to refund or offer to have drinks remade. I even told them the drinks were still full and they could send someone to pick them up..

I have been going to this Starbucks for 7 years, the staff were always great and very pleasant and super friendly. The last couple time I went there they have never made my drink I wanted. Just a couple days I went with my mom and my cat, the manager was so rude and disrespectful to me and she kicked me out the store because I had my cat with me and it was freezing cold she didn’t even let wait for my drink. What is updating is any she could have come to the table I was sitting, but she talked me right in front of all those customers it was very embarrassing and professional of her.
