I usually go to Subway for lunch. Today I wanted to use a coupon to bring down the massive price of $14.99 for just a sandwich to $8.99 for a meal. Hey, times are tough these days and the need to save as much as we can is in high demand. I present a coupon and they tell me that the "coupon machine" is broken. What!? I always see folks using coupons and all they do is scan it. Nope, they wouldn't even honor the coupon price. Just sorry our machine is down and there is no way for us to give you the coupon price. No, we can't honor it because our machine has been down for few days now. Ok, I'll go elsewhere. This Subway is now on my do not go to list. Very Disappointing.

Worst Subway I've ever been to. I was cheated and lied to. They can't even make a decent sandwich. Children can make sandwiches. Here, adults are really struggling to grasp the concept.

Extremely disappointed. Staff Dion was extremely rude and uncourteous. For my online order, store did not have the asked sauce and the staff who was preparing my sandwich did not even care to inform me and on being asked started talking to me rudely. Ridiculous behavior. On reporting this to the help desk, I got an email with apologies, but no concrete compensation was given. Truly upsetting experience, no care for customers. I would not recommend this to anybody.

Worst service every and very dirty. The food vegetables are scattted on there counter looks very old. The employees there where two of them touched there face pick there nose in front of you and don't have the courtesy to wash there hands and after seeing that I walked out. Please be advised your eating here at your own risk if you want to eat here that is very unsanitary.

I dont like leaving bad reviews i would rather leave a great on but my experience tonight was appalling. One work just ignored everyone in the store never offering a hand in making the sandwiches. The lady working there was nice, polite and accommodating. The third worker was the worst. His name is Chris. He would make one sandwich and then have to run off to who knows where for 5 minutes not saying anything to anyone. He stopped in the middle of making a sandwich to take a phone call. And he was forgetting everything. Such as cheese, if you want it toasted, when asked for sauce i got one thin line, asked for more another thin line, had to ask for sauce 4 times to get the normal amount any other worker would have put on, and lastly he forgot to cut my sandwich. This used to be my go to subway because it was on my way home, but not anymore i will drive an hour one way before i go back there.

The gentleman working at 5:40 on 11/21 blatantly ignored every customer that walked in. He was flirting with some girl. No greetings, no 'I will be with you in a moment'. This will be our last visit to this Subway. At least it looked like they had enough supplies to make a sandwich, unlike the last time we visited.

Height of diplomacy at this subway. Veggies are not fresh. Tomatoes and cucumbers are chopped so thin that you can’t even get the taste of it.If we ask a better setting of the Sandwhich the person at counter starts arguing.Better not to visit this place. A big NO

We pass by 2 subways on the way here, every time we come. It’s our store of choice! Jayden and Avery were super fast and efficient! Took an extra step to give me a special request that wasn’t on the menu. Loved the hospitality and the subs of course!

We just stopped by and it was the slowest subway we have ever been to. Spinach and lettuce looked rotten, service was slow due to staff and Internet orders, no tea, and finally the women's bathroom was so disgusting. They need more staff and the owner needs to better manage.

This store Franchise and their team is ripping off customers and has trained its employees to charge a lot of money here’s and there , look at your bills carefully ….also if you ask for guac ? on your sandwich they charge you more than a 6” sandwich they say 1 price and charge higher , also they have programmed their keys to manipulate customers for over charge … It’s not a subway policy but individual franchisee going extremely greedy, these guys are nuts !! Find another subway bad service and a massive rip off
