my dad usually comes to this place, but today night i decided to eat something quick after work along with my family, it was around 9:05 and they close at 10pm one of the employees (looks younger) asked the lady if she needed help with helping the other customers w/ food three times. The younger employee proceeded to tell the two customers the lady was ringing up that she didn’t mind them (two other customers) and made an angry gesture with the her hands…all because my family and i decided to eat sandwiches at night ☹️ other lady was nice about it and didn’t say anything tho.

This location always has great staff and clean dining room. Also their bathrooms are clean and stocked. The food today was good but I tried the foot long chocolate chip cookie. Sorry subway the cookie is an epic fail. It looks delicious. however the negatives for me are it's microwaved and it tastes nothing like your normal chocolate chip cookie which is so good. Also the for long cookie doesn't get that cookie crunch and it tastes like chemicals and it's super gooey. Some people may like it but not me.

If I could give Zero stars for my experience last night I would. My children and I arrived at the store around 8:50pm and we were the only ones there. We were in there for at least 5 mins before the young lady (Amber) even acknowledged us. Eventually I asked her who do I place an order with and she stated herself. I placed an order for 4 sandwiches. 1 Turkey, 1 Roast beef and 2 Philly cheese all on white bread. My son decided he wanted Italian Herb right after she took the bread out and I asked her if she had any Italian Herb. Her response was a very dry “Yea”. I asked if it wasn’t to much trouble could I switch 1 white bread out for 1 Italian herb and she rolled her eyes and said “Yea I guess” I then said if you can’t it’s totally fine and my son will have to just eat white bread. She stated it wasn’t a problem and moved on. Another young lady (Alexis) came out from the back and asked me what I would like on my first sandwich which was the turkey sandwich. I told her exactly what I wanted and that’s when I noticed I had less meat than I normally received. I asked her if she could add some more meat to my sandwich and she stated no I can’t do that, there’s enough meat and I’ve already put the toppings on. She then said she couldn’t add anymore even if she wanted too. I nicely giggled and said why not. If I’m paying for more meat and I’m ok’ing you adding it to my sandwich then it’s very much possible. She said no sorry can’t do that and wrapped my sandwich up. I just brushed it off and moved on to the next sandwich. The next was the roast beef. Last time we were there he ordered the same thing and we just told them to put everything on there that normally comes on that particular sandwich. She told me “well I don’t know what your talking about”. So I asked her what would she recommend but we were unsure of what was best. She stated “I don’t know you just have to pick something.” My autistic son was having a hard time trying to pick ingredients out and was getting slightly frustrated which in turn made me a little frustrated because of the poor service we were receiving. So we just picked a few things and moved on. The 3rd sandwich I ordered was the Philly cheese on white bread and the 4th was the Philly cheese on Italian herb. Between the two young ladies working one of them put them in the wrong order. I’m 95% sure I saw Alexis pull all the toasted sandwiches out the over but I could be wrong. So we’re working on the 3rd sandwich and when we got to the 4th sandwich I said “Now for the Italian herb I want this…..” and that’s when she stated the 3rd sandwich was actually the Italian herb bread. I explained that was wrong and she immediately got defensive and started saying “Well ma’am that’s not my fault and basically telling me oh well.” Which was very unprofessional. In that moment she should just apologize and remade it correctly but that’s definitely not what happened. She continued to tell me how it wasn’t her fault and what did I want on my last sandwich as if I’m just supposed to settle for the wrong food. At this point I’m extremely frustrated because as a General Manager I’m big on customer service regardless of the situation. So I told them to just cancel my order and told my kids it’s time to go. As I was leaving another family had come in so Alexis and Amber started talking about the situation very rudely in front of the customers which is extremely unacceptable. They stated I was the one in the wrong and didn’t even know what I wanted. So I turned back around and asked for the corp number. I was rudely told by Alexis she didn’t have the number which I knew was not true. So I asked for a manager. They looked at each other like they were thinking about what to tell me and they finally said the name Chris. I asked when Chris would be in the store next and she both said they didn’t know because they were out injured. I asked who was in charge in Chris’s place and I was told “I don’t know” Alexis was extremely rude out of the 2. And I have video to prove everything.

Rude staff. My subs were not toasted they were burnt, made sloppily, guy was throwing and tossing my food around. Stopped in the middle of making the subs to go lock the doors before closing time. Thanked him several times only to be ignored and hurried out the door along with huffing and puffing. Worst Subway location in Round Rock

This was my first time at this location. It was larger than I expected, with a lot of booths and some tables. I didn't like that the meats are covered where you can't see the selection- it supposedly keeps it fresher. The place appeared clean, and the staff were good. The parking lot is so busy and dangerous, with lanes cutting across at different angles, along with speeding cars, so you have to be very careful.Parking: The lot is very busy.

I ordered a sandwich and that man’s burnt 3 sanwhiches and gave it to us. Bread was like crackers!! Then I had the sandwich remade, for the man’s to put all the toppings on the wrong sandwiches and miss half the other toppings.

If you want anything but what you order then come to this location. That too of subpar quality. No wonder why the chain overall is dying. They messed up my order. I am allergic to certain items and thats the reason I always place online order to avoid any confusion. They just not only added those items but packed it with original order receipt. I had to go to ER right away. All they said was sorry and voided the bill while laughing about it even though I didn’t leave the place yet. Pathetic.Vegetarian options: DONT come if you are vegan or vegetarian.

Every time I come here the service is great. I was helped by the sweetest lady today who told me about promotions, and last week I went at night and although the man was working alone, he was quick and efficient. This Subway will be my go to as long as I live here.
