Id suggest ordering in advance through the app this place cares little for walk in customers they'll work on online orders first then in person customers even if you were first before the tickes printed I just walked out after waiting 15 min so order in advance in case you come

If I could give this place zero stars I would, the Staff was disrespectful and passive aggressive when they handed my order off to a thief and would not issue me a refund because they quote from service employee, "are afraid of their store losing money". Not to mention they only gave me a directory number that led nowhere and I ended up $20s robbed and without my order. Thank you for absolutely nothing and I will be getting my refund back regardless.

Ordered through the subway app and was scammed. Doordasher stole the order. Called the store, and the first man was rather rude, like we were bothering him. Unmuted, he said the n slur to another coworker. He seemed panicked. The next man pointed us to a phone number, telling us they could not give us a refund, that it had to be through doordash. They gave us a corporate number that lead to no where.After calling doordash, we got little help. So now we are down 20 dollars and some scumbag got a free meal.

I just got a sandwich from doordash through y'all.Whoever is making sandwiches in the last hour please quit your job. You are clearly not happy.I ordered a 6in Italian BMT on Italian herbs and cheese and some like 4 veggies and 2 sauces. Idk if that was a lot or I ordered at a bad time.I got a foot long soggy flat bread with only pepperonis or that's all I could see under the mound of mayo soaked lettuce. Like it looks like you took two handfuls of lettuce and just dumped whatever was left in your mayo bottle and just mushed it all together. The cheese (I think it was cheese or it was just more mayo) was even melted and mixed in the lettuce.My doorstep reeked of mayo and I answered the door pretty quick to get my food. I had throw it away in the outside trash can.Then of course door dash is gonna rip me off on the refund.Idk why my order made you so angry but you really didn't have disrespect me with a sandwich.

Today the young kind man, Stevan went above and beyond to help me with an Uber delivery that was missing some items. He was kind, professional and was quick to make the order right all with a big smile. Great customerService. Management needs to praise Stevan and thank him for going above and beyond. Subway Employee named Tamar showed exemplary leadership skills with my order yesterday. I wanted 2 meatball subs. They were out of meatballs up front. So he tells me to hold on one second and runs to get more in the back. He then says he needs to heat them up. So he put them in a seperate heat up container and did so in the toaster so it wouldnt take forever. I was thoroughly impressed by his quick actions. He was quiet but very thorough! Excellent leadership qualities and work ethic! There was also another young indian guy whose name starts with a "B" that was very kind and rung me up at the register. Highly recommend! Food was great, service was great!

I went on July 22nd 2023 at around 6:05pm. I was greeted by a man for my order. I could tell he sounded like he might have been tired or maybe having a bad day, so I tried to sound nicer and more welcoming. I asked him if he could toast/just warm up my bread, he made me repeat my order several times then lectured me on how my bread cannot be toasted due to them not having a toaster. I said I understood and that I meant to warm it up. Then he continued trying to lecture me in a not friendly way until a colleague of him explained to him that I understood. A few minutes go by and I asked for other ingredients. I did not realize there was no spinach and instead of just simply telling me there was no spinach. He again lectured me saying “This is Jersey Mike”s” in a tired/unfriendly tone, and told me this is not subway, repeating that it was not subway. He just seemed so “mad” at me. I have had a long day at work/ was just very hungry and these comments and service of trying to lecture me in a not so friendly tone just did not hit right with me. I am pretty sensitive when it comes to service and it just hurt my feelings, especially after a long day of work, it made me very sad. In no way am I trying to point the man out because I understand he might have been tired, I just ask Jersey Mike’s employees to be more friendly and understanding of their guests because you never know how it could affect someone. Thank you.

Live near, go once a week. Location used to just be okay, but over the past few weeks this location has greatly been improving, so worth leaving review.Online orders have been ready on time, correct toppings, and friendly over past month. Glad this spot has improved so much.

Made an online order at noon Sunday for a 12:45pm pickup, sandwich wasn’t ready until 1:20, so I sat and waited and since my food was late for my lunchtime, tried to hurry and eat. I ordered the #3 steak and my sandwich was not toasted nor did it have Any Bacon which is why I ordered it. I tried to call the store to get the problem handled - no answer. The guy making my order looked high, but I guess it’s Austin right. Go to another location if you can.
