- [ ] Horrific experience. I went to the subway in round rock inside the Walmart. After doing a mobile order I sat and waited. After noticing it was after my pick up time of 1 and there were more people forming in the line and my order hadn't been started I finally went up to ask about how much longer it would be. When I first sat down there wasn't a line but I didn't want to bother her so I waited but as I sat the busier it was getting. "Cali" told me the order wasn't ready yet and began helping other people. I asked how much longer it would be as it was already after the pick up time and she hadn't even started. She began yelling at me. About how I expected her to drop everyone in the line and help me. I told her I wasn't but I had already waited 15 minutes before anyone else was even in line and if I should get in line so if more people come I won't get pushed back farther. She then asked what I expected her to do. I said I didn't know I don't work there and was just wanting my order. I told her she seemed to be really rude and if I could just cancel my order. She then told me I was being rude and began asking the other customers if I was the rude one. I told her to just cancel my order and she again said what do you want me to do bro. I told her cancel my order. She then said you know what I'll stop everything to just help you. I told her again I didn't want help I wanted my order cancelled. It was the rudest experience I've ever had. I don't know what she expected me to say. She wasn't planning on working on my order and wouldn't cancel so I haven't gotten my money back.

Bread was hard as a rock. Vegetables were not stocked and regular drinks were not stocked and the tables were dirty as well.

If I could give this location no stars I would. The manager forced an employee to work on the front desk making sandwiches while she was coughing then ran to the bathroom and threw up. Then the manager proceeded to call the employee vulgar names when she came back. I tried to call Corporate phone number and no one answered the phone

Out of key ingredients. Not very polite staff. When the sandwich maker has to say "I'm waiting politely for you," chances are the sandwich maker is not being so polite. When an employee can greet another customer kindly the look at me and say, "What do you want? Come on," after already being told that I had to check on an order change because there was no more stake and meatballs, its frustrating and frankly, rude. Overall very unhappy with the service and the selection.

Lousy customer service. Wasn't even looked at by the employee until he was finished cashing out the one other guest inside.Tried to order 2 salads but apparently they only had one salad container left. I asked about the black bowls beside the salad containers and was denied.Ordered a chicken bacon ranch salad, even though it was rung up as teriyaki, the chicken was not warmed up, I didn't get bacon or the cucumbers I asked for and I had to ask for a side of ranch dressing after being cashed out.Also... sorry but this salad was definitely not a nearly 9 dollar salad.Never had a problem here before.

Useless, the female subway employee yelled at me from behind the counter just as soon as I walked in " We have No Bread!" Not hello, not a smile, nothing courteous. So I walked out which looks like it's what she wanted since she didn't want to sell anything, what if I wanted chips or just a drink?!?!?!!! . She didn't even give me a chance to ask it they had wraps, or maybe she should have offered solutions. Selling is obviously not her strong point and she should not be working here. Well since they don't even have bread available nor were they willing to tell me when some more would be made. Maybe they plan on closing for the day since it's 3pm on a Sunday since you can't sell subs without any bread at all.
