How can you be rude to your customers and be out if almost everything this is insane why does it take three people to make food when you tell me you are out of stuff and your restraint is filthy floor feels like it hasn't been cleaned all day tables,chairs and booth have trash and food dropping on them with no one in the restraint

We pulled into the drive thru and were told we would be helped in just a couple minutes by a man. A couple minutes later, a woman comes on, and before announcing she’s there, she snaps at me to stop laughing with my sister and to order. After this she went silent and mysteriously disappeared, and the first man returned. I believe he’s the same one that ended up handing us our food, and he is definitely not included in this low review. He was very helpful and pleasant, and clearly well-versed in customer service. Anyway, we received the food and it was some of the worst quesadillas we’ve ever had from this location. They were drenched in sauce, almost completely lacked cheese, and were not cut, but absolutely mauled. Other than the sufficient man, this experience was horrible.

Clogged toilet and urine all over the mens room. No large drink as I ordered online they gave me coupons to remedy that. When I got home I discovered the coupons were expired 12/31/23. I'm not going back inside. Drive thru is the way to go.

The gentleman that works drive through on Sunday night shifts is exceptional. Polite and professional.
This is my third time trying to go when they open in the morning and third time that the door has been locked and when I go through the drive-through, no one takes my order. I even see a guy in there, but I didn’t have it in me to go banging his window. It just pisses me off that they don’t have a sign at least if they’re going to refuse to open for breakfast. Someone is just clocking in and refusing to take customers. While I was waiting, I saw three other cars try the same thing.

If you're in the mood for some quick Tex-mex, in particular Taco Bell don't come to this location. Drive further a little, you'll be glad you did. Walked in no one greeted me. Went to the self checkout kiosk and placed my order. A few minutes later cashier says they're out of cinnamon bites. I really wanted those, she tried to avoid having to go refund me but I really didn't want any other desert. So, I said I'd wait for it but she responded by saying we're out completely. Okay. Not a big deal. Disappointed but so be it. Then as my food comes out on a tray and the boy hands me a small cup. I ordered a large and told him. His response, don't have. He put the small cup on my tray and vanished. By this time I'm a little upset. So I got my root beer. Took a sip and it's out of soda, just very little in it the rest syrup. I decided at that time that I would not return to this location. I was hungry so I can sat down to eat. I want to my Mexican pizza, come to find out there is no silverware given or placed where I can pick it up myself in the salsa bar. Why? They're out! I mean sesame place by older on the kiosk could you not have told me that these are the items were out of sir upfront? And who does your ordering? Like how can such a basic items like silverware even not be available. No one seemed to apologize or try to refund me for my upgraded drink. Point is, why come here if they're out of stock on so many items. The food wasn't hot and it looked like a child put it together. Don't come to this location. Maybe this isn't common for them, but it's enough for me to get my taco bell fix at another restaurant. Good Eats!

I went to go get my boyfriend food and I asked for 2 bean burritos with no onions and 2 scoops of beef in each burrito and I pulled up to the window and clarified you got two scoops of beef in each burrito the employee said yes and then when I got home this idiot put extra bean not beef after I asked again at the window then I took the one burrito he didn't eat back to get the correct one the employee says I asked you extra bean no he didn't so I asked them to remake the burrito and i should of checked it before I left when I brought it home it was a burrito Supreme not even close to what I ordered..the guy at the window taking orders needs to pay attention to the customers so orders are correct.
