Second time in a row that I have ordered from here and had missing items from my order. This visit and the previous visit I had ordered a chalupa and both times I was missing this item from my order. In addition to missing a Chalupa in this order, I was given a chicken quesadilla when I had ordered a steak quesadilla, and was also missing a side of nacho sauce. All items which cost money and items that were paid for only to not be received and a steak quesadilla costs more than the chicken quesadilla. It’s disappointing not getting what you paid for and after 2 visits of missing and wrong items, that’s 2 meals worth of money just thrown away. I even asked the man at the window to double check and make sure all items were there and he ensured me they were.

I've only been through the drive thru, but my kids request this place for Taco Tuesdays. They have zero complaints and want to keep conning back. So if this Taco Bell makes my kids happy and they love it, I love it.

Taco bell is taco bell! Basically to say food is everything you expect it to be. Service, on the other hand could be a whole lot better... It would also be really nice if different items you got were marked to differentiate between the different burritos, and whatnot!

I got there like I do every night almost and I make a order at the kiosk the manger comes up to grab my cash that im using to pay and snatched it from me and yelled what's the name and after I got my cash manhandled out of my hand he proceeded to not give a drink and I waited 30 minutes for a gorditita crunch and a soft taco and a pepsi I've been going here my whole life I've never felt so disrespected in my life I had to call the police for him to give me my food they didn't want to give it to me and ignored me when I asked for the mangers name multiple times and I have it on footage of being ignored and food taking 25+ minutes and me having to contact police just so I can get my food I asked for it over the counter many times and they ignored me like I wasn't there I usually let stuff slide but that was over the line

Stopped by at 11pm on a Sunday hit drive-thru (on-line states open till 2 am) was informed card reader was down. That was ok. Placed my order, received my order in timely fashion. Took me five minutes to get home. There I had the problem the lettuce in the tacos o ordered was frozen, taco meat was cold, next the chicken chalupa shell was so hard I could not bite into it and again frozen lettuce and cold meat. Then we come to the burrito which looked great but again cold. The kicker when I paid cash, I got no receipt!

The beef taco lately has had a strange taste to it. Almost tastes chemical. I had it once a month ago and gave it another try and it still smells and tastes off.

We had the worst experience here food was soggy and cold and didn’t have a great taste at all everything seemed to just be warmed up and put together horribly and called to ask for refund and was no help on to make things rite .
