First time eating there. Ordered large spicy teriyaki chicken bowl with vegetableS, and what I got as vegetables was cabbage with one, yes one, broccoli floret, no kidding. I took it back to say that their picture shows vegetableS, broccoli, carrots, zucchini, onions, not just cabbage. They keep insisting that was vegetables, even though the pictures shows it differently. I didn't except tons of vegetables but not just one florets. They gave me a little container of vegetables but also more cabbage.Other than veggie gate, the chicken and pot stickers were good.

Quality and service went down. They got my pickup order wrong. One entree was wrong, pictured on the right and another large teriyaki bowl was missing. When I called to get it fixed, they kept me on hold then hung up on me. I called back again and they kept me on hold again and then told me I couldn't get a refund. Then when I complained about this, they hung up. Save your money or go somewhere else where you're appreciated as a customer. Used to go here every week and my kids loved thia place but I can't take them here anymore.

For a place that specializes in teryaki chicken. They sure do a terrible job. Chicken is dry and has no flavor. Also for the price you get like half a small chicken breast. 80% rice and 20% dry chicken. Would not recommend.

This place is legit, and way underrated on Yelp. Delicious chicken, fresh vegetables, huge portions, and fast. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. My go to if I need a quick bite and I'm in the area. I feel good after eating there because of the large portion of vegetables.

I don't know how to rate this place exactly. I have been multiple times and honestly love the food. But it just goes to show how one bad experience can spoil your whole impression of a business. I'll start with what I always love about the food and service here: fresh vegetables and a good amount of protein stir fried with your choice of noodles. As a family of four, we frequently order two large bowls, one with chicken, one with steak, and it's enough for all of us, usually with some leftovers. There are usually some discounts available by joining the Mad Club, too. I also really like their egg rolls. The service always seems very efficient and friendly. Which brings me to my most recent experience: I came down with COVID for the first time ever and wanted to order some healthy-ish food for delivery. I went onto the website and everything looked on board for delivery, for which I paid a $7 fee (this was through Teriyaki Madness, not another delivery service). I waited until past the appointed time, and food had not arrived. I then logged in to see my order had an error, and I was directed to call the store. I did so, and the person who answered was thoroughly confused. "Your food is ready -- we don't deliver, though. But you can come pick it up," he said. I explained that I was sick and couldn't do that. I hung up confused. I immediately emailed TMad, and someone responded that they would "look into it." And then I heard NOTHING. I was not offered the refund I was owed. I emailed several more times before finally getting the charge reversed through my credit card company. This is just completely unacceptable. I'm guessing the website erroneously allows people to place an order outside of the delivery zone. But two additional layers of customer service failed, as well. I miss the food here, but honestly I'm not sure I want to continue patronizing this company after they fumbled such a simple thing.

Music was a little too loud, and the cashier was too soft-spoken, but the food was good.

They need to stop hiring kids, be more professional, wouldn't be messing up orders so much

Teriyaki Madness has delicious chicken that comes with veggies and rice. I like that they have three different sizes. The service was quick. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the sauce on the spicy chicken is AMAZING. I have had the white rice and the fried rice and enjoyed both, but the fried rice was better in my opinion.

Order two bowls, both were cold and old. I asked for light oil on the veggies and it was completely soaked with oil. When I call to let the lady know, she gave me every excuse possible, in a confrontatioal tone, she said the owner would review the camera to see if it was served properly and give me a call back. She never let me finish telling her my concern with my order. After waiting several hours for a call back, I went back into the store to see what was the results.of the video and she said the owner told her if I would have brought the bowls back, he would have given me a refund.Made no sense, but I was trying to be thoughtful since I've eaten here before. Clearly the customer isn't a priority. So while she was trying to avoid giving me information to reach the owner, I noticed the food prep lady eating with her hands while fixing bowls for the customers. I hope their video caught that, because mine sure did.

Great place for a quick and awesome healthy meal. Had the teriyaki salmon over grilled greens bowl, excellent! I had just gotten out of the hospital after gall bladder surgery and their menu items exactly matched my menu needs of "low fat nutrient dense". It wasn't just healthy, it was full blown delicious!

Food is delicious, I really enjoyed the crab Rangoons and the egg rolls as well as the orange chicken and chicken teriyaki. I want to try all items on the menu since the food quality is something me and my family enjoy! We always have ordered takeout and service was on point.

the service was awful. I went two different times and received awful service. staff was rude and didn't listen when I corrected the order on the screen. they said it was right on their end. then when I received the food it was incorrect and they didn't want to fix it. i had one near me in Tennessee but it closed. so I was so happy when I found out there was one here. Only to get crap service and eye rolls

I love the food here. I wish they had locations in the DFW/North Texas area.
