Went to Urban Bird hot Chicken about 2 weeks ago and was disappointed. My daughter goes there with her friends and had been encouraging us to check it out as a family. When we arrived the line was about 3 groups deep (maybe 1-3 people in each group average) and it still took almost 15 min just to place an order at the counter. After placing our order we went to grab a table and everything was dirty. We cleaned up one as best we could and waited for our food. And waited. And waited. After 20 min someone brought us the wrong order of food, we let the person know it was not our order but they dropped it off anyway and went to look into where it should have gone. The family it belonged to recognized their order and came and got it. About 5 min later the person who dropped it off came back and asked if we had our order yet even though the table in front of us was empty. We told them know. They went to the back again for about 5-10 min. Then came back and asked us to let them know what we ordered, they wrote everything down then went to the back again. About 10 min later someone came out with parts of our order but were missing a number of items. A few minutes later the missing items were obtained. Then about 10 min later another order of our food comes out, when the person dropping it off sees we already have our food they get mad and start yelling at the girl who dropped off our food. Overall it was just a very unimpressive experience and the food was only mediocre to boot. For my money I would much rather go to Tumbler 22 just up the road. The good was better, the restaurant cleaner, and the over all service was much higher.

The chicken was pretty good!! We got mild and BBQ Sweet and Tangy dry rub. The crinkle fries were good too, and fresh as they were super hot to start. We prefer Tumble 22's Nashville hot chicken a little bit better, though. The toast was really good wrapped around the chicken. The comeback sauce was ok to me, but my spouse loved it. The milkshake was good.

The place is setup weird as far as the layout. The service was marginal at best. The food was not all that good. The hot chicken was too hot and the mild is too mild. Not really sure who this place is for. To top it all off, it’s really expensive. My son and I had a soda and one entree and it cost us $40. I was really disappointed.

i asked for “nacho fries”, and was given “mac fries”. then was told, “that is the nacho fries”.Unfortunately can’t ask for them to change. I don’t know spanish well enough to ask for the right item.

Good juicy hot chicken - waffles and crinkle fries were great as well!
This place left a great first impression. We ordered the Bbq Mac & the Tijuana Street Fries absolutely amazing. For starters our food was still hot when our door dasher dropped it off. The portion size was slightly larger than expected, no complaint here. Fires were crispy and well seasoned Beware the spices on their chicken is spicer than most places we’ve tried.

Have tried this place a couple of times and it's been great so far. Tender sandwich and tenders with sauce all very good. Takes better right off the fryer so dine in if you can. Nashville is sweet spicy and accurate! Halal chicken!!Slightly expensive though.

The chicken Sando was excellent, but be warned, they do accurately describe the spice level. The extra hot was perfect for me but maybe not for all. The fries were well seasoned and super crisp, and I liked the chipotle aioli sauce I got for them. Restaurant and kitchen are both very clean. Service was good.
