445 AM Today was a fail. The only thing positive was I was greeted quickly as I walked in...once....with a "Hi" but downhill from there I even turned around and drove back to it after passing it and thinking it sounded good. Four Pflugerville cops in corner booth acting like frat boys-their cars running outside. Not restaurant's fault I know, just added to the misery. AC was blowing full blast and it's 50 outside Ridiculous Blowing so hard the napkins on the floor were moving around. Rap music blaring from music machine Cmon man Turn it down I Moved seats to avoid AC but couldn't get away from it After 10 mins and no service, I walked out. Place was dirty but only 5 customers Why does someone have to wait so long for service? Isn't Waffle House renowned for their speedy grill?! Employees looked at me in the eye-nothing Guy in kitchen leaning against counter watching cooks SMH No food was ordered or eaten Pretty disappointing You should do better Waffle House Choose wisely consumer.....

Atmosphere is exactly what you planned for at a WH. Service was great and had way too much food.

First time at this waffle house . The food smelled awesome, but unfortunately, our food wasn't. The waffle was mushy and came out about 20 minutes or more before the rest of the food. Which was stone cold by then . My 2 neices had the same issue with their waffles , but the rest of their food was apparently forgotten to be made, and this place wasn't busy At all. Spoke w management, who did apologize and took care of the bill . But she blamed it on being newly opened in December. She seemed a little upset that we even requested her assistance. This was my 1st time at a waffle house, and I was very disappointed, and I have no desire to try another .

Waffle House #2446 in Pflugerville, Tx. A long awaited addition to our local restaurant portfolio. In my house we have a "Love/Hate" relationship with "WH". I love it for the menu selection, the price and value and their amazing grits. My wife...well...not so much. So today while running errands I made plans to hit up the "WH" first. Seated quickly at the counter, where I meet a lovely couple here for a daughter's wedding. I wasn't to sure on what I wanted, so my server Brittney was very patient in assisting me. I got two egg breakfast with meat, toast and grits. It was everything I imagined it to be. The food came to me hot, bacon crispy, grits perfect and toast cooked to perfection. I couldn't have made it this fast myself. I absolutely love it. Every bite. I noticed everyone at the counter had the same opinion of their meals. This location hasn't been here long, maybe 6 months. But the crew is coming together. They flow well and flawless. They work well together, and keep busy, cleaning, preparing for the next guess and they make your experience special. I will sneak back whenever I can. Michael C. - Georgetown, Texas

My man Rico hooked it up with the service that was as good as his mustache. This location is very clean and professional, with awesome food.

I'm a huge waffle house fan. I was susprised to learn there was now a fourth location in Austin since December 2023.I went early this morning on my way from San Antonio to Killeen. It was a busy shift change, so there was a pleasant chaos going on.The food was good as normal. The 5 star rating comes from my server, Rico. He was slammed (busy with several orders) but handed himself professionally and took care of me and his other costumers with swift ease. The 4 stars for atmosphere was because I out a dollar in the jukebox but it wasn't working. But overall it was a great Waffle House experience!

We visited this place for breakfast, the man at the entrance seems rude, but he is not at all (Lonnie), he is attentive to cleaning the tables and leaving them spotless. The server Jack, a super friendly, attentive, polite man, attentive to our table, we loved it. The food was super good and they served generous quantities.

FULLY STAFFED, fast, friendly service. It's Great to go to a restaurant whose prices are still "pretty" reasonable, servers are attentive and the food proportions are still "pretty" decent. Parking lot and store so far very clean. This is a very small facility however if you are comfortable, eat in. It's great atmosphere!

Decided to go here instead of Denny’s worse decision I’ve made in my life. There were maybe 10 customers. and 4 empty dirty tables. Waited 30 mins before anyone took our order or greeted us. Food was average. But took another 30 mins Night shift staff is not doing well. Poorly Trained. Save yourself the time and attitudes. And go to another location. or anywhere else.

My son and I were in Round Rock and he came up with the idea of going to Waffle House for a late breakfast. I have always had a good experience, not matter the location. The staff is always friendly, in that they have superb customer service skills. Since it is almost always busy every time I visit a Waffle House, it takes some time for them to make your food and serve it to you. But as my son says, it is always worth the wait! It is tasty southern cooking, like from your own kitchen. It is the next best thing to a homecooked meal!

Like every other Waffle House. Food was good and place looked clean. People were nice.

Ann or Anna was awesome. The cook not so much and the team leader horrible. The cook sneezed on his arm, then placed my bacon on my toast for my sandwich and commenced to cut it. Then he continued to serve up my eggs. Did not change his gloves did not turn away from the food cross contamination. Team leader yells at the waitresses not to talk to her cooks to give the orders to her and she will call them out. That's the first time I've ever seen that the first time I've ever heard that and I've been in waffle houses up and down all over the place , she was rude when she came up to me and asked well aren't you gonna eat them, the eggs? I had someone else cook your food. Why will I eat something that can make me sick because he sneeze on his arms over the food not turning away from the food. Why are you a team leader of whatever and you talk to your employees like their trash and beneath you they are human beings and they're working harder than you. You talk about the customers very loudly I am so disappointed. I did not take pictures because there was nothing to take pictures of except our eggs which looked perfectly fixed, just had someone sneeze all over it. This was between 9 o'clock and 10 o'clock on a Saturday night when we sat down there was only three tables full. I'm just upset

This Waffle House location is one of best in the city because it's new and in a well kept area. Every time I dine at this location service is 10/10 and food is hot and fresh. Eating here is nostalgic for me and perfect to eat once in awhile for a great filling breakfast meal.
