First I got an unsweetened tea and the server argued that it was sweet but I was literally drinking it as I told her it was unsweetened.The sandwich was soggy despite it having no mayo or Lettuce on it and the chicken bland and dry.The fries were cold, even though I ordered inside.I'm from Houston and this experience wouldn't make me return to this spot if I'm in Austin again.The only 5 Star is that the place itself was clean inside.

I really wanted to love this place despite the reviews I read but today’s experience left me very disappointed. 1) the wait was WAY longer than it should have been for the number of orders in front of me, 2) I ordered to go and it was only after leaving that I realized they had put the wrong sandwich in my bag (chicken sandwich rather than a wayback classic), 3) the Oreo shake was literally Oreo milk without any thickness to it straight from the employee 4) the fries were actually really good but the second half were inedible (I love salt but these were like the salt shaker lid fell off when they were salted), 5) for the high price they charge ($19 for a burger, fry, and shake) there’s no excuse to deliver such a poor experience

Every time I go here I know I will get my money's worth. This place makes a solid burger. However the service here is hit and miss. Don't show up 30 mins before they close because chances are the doors are already locked.

I will give a 4 stars on this one. The burger is good, the fries are fantastic.My only issue: they play tricks on my mind like McDonalds. The burgers are actually smaller than they look on the pictures... yep... I thought I would see a Jumbo burger (The Texas way - a bit like whataburger) - it was just another California looking burger with good flavors.Service was excellent!Also they need to make their salad look fresh... I let than one pass because I ordered my meal later in the evening. I will try to eat at lunch there to see if the letuce look fresh.So 4 stars ? for this!Wheelchair accessibility: If you park the wheelchair is accessible.

They offer halal burgers by request and all the chicken is halal. Amazing better than other halal burger options like Mighty Fine (less greesy). Recommend to all!
Came in at 710p on a Wednesday. Inside had maybe five different tables at varying states of either waiting for food or eating, so not super busy. I ordered two burgers, an order of chicken strips, an order of fries, curds, and cheese covered curds and a single fountain drink and it came out over 60 dollars before gratuity. My friends were right behind me and ordered another couple of burgers. Our wait for food was over 35m for my order, and my friends food came 15m after. Once the food came out, the burger was good, the curds were warm but had been sitting for a bit. Also the portion of curds was disappointing. Had maybe a total of 15?Long story short, the food was good, but not worth the price and wait.

Service is.... Slow, great food! The place is clean. But again the food is good. Had a five minute wait just to place an order in the drive thru (only one there). Then another 10 minute wait for food. Couldn't see anyone inside either.
I ordered online and tipped 20% in anticipation of key lime pie shake, onion rings and burgers. Order was not ready when I arrived. Milkshakes ordered online were not available in store, so less expensive shakes were substituted, no refund (only $2 so let that go). Sauce specified in order not provided. Milkshakes were mostly milk, not frozen at all even though I waited extra time for them to be prepared. Burgers were decent, but I will not be back. $58 for 2 burger meals? I think not!

No one else in drive through and had to wait 22 minutes for one sandwich and fries. Why have a drive through if you can’t honor drive-through timeframes? Lots of places cook food fresh and get food out 3x faster. At least a check-in from staff after 10 minutes would go a long way. Food is good, but order 30min ahead on the app if you don’t want the bitter taste of a ridiculous wait to go along with your food
