Whataburger just isn't What it used to be! It's still a busy place but the sandwiches and service declined a lot since Covid.Vegetarian options: This is a burger place. If you don't eat beef or chicken, don't stop here!Parking: Though it's in the middle of a large parking lot, it's hard to find anything close to the building.Kid-friendliness: Kids love burgers and fries! They have junior size Whataburgers and kids meals.Wheelchair accessibility: Although there's tables for wheelchairs and it's level once you get to the door, the parking lot is on a relatively steep incline!
Been here all of 3 times. It's been upwards of a 35 minute wait (even when slow) for food everytime. Just about any other location within a ten-ish minute drive gets it out in 15 or less. And while the people are nice enough, on two of three visits, I either just straight left and went elsewhere cause I hadn't even reached the window to pay and sat in a 2 car line for over 30 minutes, or I sat at the window so long the Drive thru worker THOUGHT I WAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PERSON.Don't go here if you want Whataburger. Take your wait time and just drive to a better location.

This location has poor service and 3 star rating for a reason. Ordered in the outside lane, pulled to the outside only to be told that I needed to back up and some how get into the inside lane. No way to get into the inside lane short of going around the building and waiting in line again. No thanks. Keep it.

Worst service ever. Last 3 times they have messed up the order. About a month ago, the manager on duty was berating an employee right in front of everyone. He couldn’t be professional and take him into an office. Tonight, I ordered on the app and showed up 35 min after it was supposed to be ready. I arrive and they haven’t even started the order yet. It was over an hour from when I ordered to receiving my meal. I give up and I’ll drive to a different location or a competitor. I have tried to be nice and chalk it up to a bad or busy day, but their service is consistently horrible.
