I just ordered 20 wings for $30 and they are rotten bones pure black every one of them. I have pictures. I made my son puck it out so he didn’t get sick. I hope my money is returned!!!

Never order online through Wingstop. Order through door dash or whoever, that way at least you don't have to call the store when they decide not to answer as well as the driver. This is the third time my order was never delivered when it said it was delivered. I don't understand why I put an address, text, or call(driver doesn't answer or get hung up on) the driver to help deliver the order to the right place if it doesn't get delivered.

This location has the WORST customer service. It used to be good, but has gone downhill. My sister went in to get her order, literally stood at the register and wasn’t acknowledged. When the worker did come up to the counter, they helped the person behind my sister, but never acknowledged that she was there. Then I tried to call and no one answered the phone, it just kept ringing then had a fax signal. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

We called twice, asking whether the naked wings and battered foods are cooked in a separate oil. My girlfriend has celiac and dairy allergy. The man on the phone confirmed both times that they are cooked in separate oils and fryers.Come home, girlfriend eats the naked wings, starts to have an allergic reaction.Thanks for the glutten, guys. Never eating here again.

There was literally one two other people in Wingstop besides myself and it took all 4 of the staff memebers 10 mins to even greet me. It’s not like they didn’t see me as multiple of them walked right past me twice. On top of that, you give me the wrong order, not only that but when I try to correct the lady she looks at me ? and tries to prove me wrong lol like girl we are both looking at the order! Annoying and very poor experience.

Picked up an order on the way home and when I got home they . Just give them my name. I stopped in me the manager on staff then asked me for receipt, who did I speak with on and on. Finally she walked over and pulled a pile of receipts and there was the note, like I told her I had been told. Then she argued with me what I ordered and what I received. Really! Was she put out that I did not get dinner that night and I had to come back and argue over what I was supposed to get.l? This is the second time over 6 months part of my order, I paid for, was left out. I’m out! Poor delivery of services and customer service was non existent.

This location is the best one in Round Rock. The young lady named Dani was super friendly and very welcoming. My food was hot and delicious. I absolutely don’t mind waiting for my food to be prepared properly. I don’t understand why so many dumb people complain about a long wait time for their food to be deep fried. The food here is made to order. If they want chicken in a hurry then they can go to Popeyes where food has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours ?

They serve one kind of food here: wings. How someone ruins an order so badly is beyond me.Firstly, it took more than 5 minutes for someone to take my order when we came in. The restaurant was empty. Instead of coming to the front to take my order (or even to tell me that someone would be right with me), I could see the employees in the kitchen standing around, looking me in the eye, and not caring at all about interrupting their conversation for a patron.Eventually the girl working the till came back, and I ordered ten bone in wings, and got more than ten boneless wings. I wouldn’t have minded too much if they weren’t so horribly terrible. I’m certain they were cooked last century. They were dry and chewy.If I pay more than $15 for an order of wings at a restaurant that serves only wings, the least I expect is to get the order of wings I actually asked for.It would also have been more understandable if the restaurant was full, but there were only three guests there, two of them being my wife and I.Maybe the employees in the back should pay attention to what they’re doing instead of standing around having a constant chat.
