I gave their food a low score. I ordered the Ramen and was surprised to find...it wasn't ramen. They do not use ramen noodles, they use some sort of rice noodles instead ? AND they were over cooked and falling apart. Cooked for a few minutes too long, not aldente. The broth was fine and the dish itself was okay, but not ramen. The chashu pork had a nice serving size, but the flavor was a bit dull. The staff is nice and service was great, the location is also great and clean, I was just painfully disappointed by the "Ramen" . I'll be coming back, but next time I'll order...something else

Walking in, this place is nice, fresh & clean with a large open dining area, you won't feel too crowded here. I ordered the bao Buns with pork belly and a tonkatsu ramen. The bao buns were soft as pillows, and the pork belly was delicious. It had just the right amount of sauce needed to make each bite perfect. The ramen was hot and had a perfectly seasoned tonkatsu broth. They have other types of ramen and also a "make your own" option. I added bok choy as an extra to mine and glad I did. This hit the spot, and if you're craving real ramen, this is the place to get it. I'll definitely be coming back here again.

Great job across the board !! Stopped by on Friday afternoon for a later lunch and the food was DELISH!! I started with the Spicy wontons and they were so flavorful!! Perfect portion, the sauce was so good and the heat was more flavor rather than just hot... I moved on to the Sashimi lunch with 7 pieces of sashimi and one roll ( I chose the Alaska roll) and it hit the spot! Great portion and overall price point was awesome at $14! The whole lunch for 1 was about $24! It wasn't too busy, which I like, but the space is great if it does get busy! My server Gil was attentive and helpful too!! Great spot!

Chilli wontons - 5/5 Ramen - 4/5 Mongolian Beef - 2/5 Shrimp Fried Rice - 3.5/5 It was a cold Saturday and I was craving Ramen but not wanting to drive to my favorite Ramen place so decided to try Xian. I don't know if it was the cold weather or the football game but it was completely empty. This definitely made me skeptical but based on the reviews I decided, why not. I sat at the bar and looked over the menu and decided on the above plus a glass of wine while I waited Everything came out timely and fresh and the prices were great. I really enjoyed the wontons and ramen and will be back.
