First time trying Zaxby’s. Wasn’t impressed, if I want to overpay for some chicken tenders I’d rather go to canes. 22$ for 10 medium- small tenders and some fried cheese balls which were also just okay. People upfront were friendly.

I hadn’t eaten at Zaxby’s since I left Huntsville Alabama and I will have to say this I never received a bad plate of food not once. But this place save your money I have no words that are appropriate for me to use as a lady on here. Omg what in the world is going on it’s sad to have a job that you smiled so hard for the interview only for customers like me wish you never applied for I will never eat at this place or location again. I am COMPLETELY DONE AND PAST DISAPPOINTED! Not even a apology or a gift card could save Zaxby’s ???

Ordered a family sized meal to go, we picked up. The place was empty and clean my order was ready to go and was hot. I had.to drive 30 min. From this location as there aren't locations farther north. My food was still warm, fries were amazing as were the tenders. Wish you got more sauces with this amount of food.

We were told we had to wait 8 minutes for our egg rolls and fries to cook. 12 minutes later, the fries were cold and the egg rolls were burnt.

I have not been in a Zaxby's for a very long time, this was so clean, the stuff was wonderful and my meal was prepared just right, it was hot, fresh and done just the way I like it...I would like to compliment the GM and his staff, they are doing a great job...I am looking forward to my next visit....
ForKids mainly. Kids like it and order from it so I am giving it 4 stars based on that since I ended buying for the kids multiple times.

I do not like giving bad reviews, BUT the chicken tenders were half delicious, and part not chewable. The French fries could have been cooked a little more, and tasted like they were frozen fries that needed to be cooked better, and warmed up. We love Golden Chick, and compare most chicken places to them. We will not be back.
