Good food but the service is horrible. Waited forever for my meal, and got a fountain drink. I informed them they had no ice in the fountain machine and 5 minutes later she came out smiling at me to tell me they had no ice at all? Why sell me a fountain drink when you have no ice? The store was super dirty as well.

The salmon kabobs were great with a side of Greek salad, and roasted vegetables. Serving sizes are generous. The place is clean and quiet.

Useless. Store is only open for take out orders. They don't even have the courtesy to come up to the door to say this. Doordash drivers are usually waiting forever at the door.To top it, they are open till 9 pm but stop taking online orders at 830. (we were told this on our faces when we were standing with a toddler, in the store)Won't recommend this unfriendly business to anyone.

I got some really absolutely delicious food here yesterday, wanted to leave a nice review. It was my second time eating at a Zoe's and I have only ordered the Salmon Pita, but it is so great that I will probably not try anything else on the menu. That dish by itself is worth a trip to Zoe's. If I lived closer I would try more things. Great falafel and cauliflower rice, too! And If I hadn't just had an espresso I would have tried their delicious looking hibiscus tea. Yum

If your looking for something quick but your like me and despise greasy nasty burger fast food places then this is such a great choice! It's very affordable, quick and FRESH! I had the chicken plate with the roasted corn and Greek salad. Those sides are up charges which I guess is reasonable? It's a decent amount of food for a mid day eat. I also had the spicy hummus with pita. Very tasty but could use more kick in my opinion. The staff is really nice and the dining area is clean and modern. Overall, I'm quite happy with this place. I'm back for the second time today and ordered the spicy chicken kabobs. We'll see how it goes but I'm sure it's great! I'm glad I found this place

very dirty place. I was there last sunday. none of the tables had been cleaned and they remained untouched the entire time I was there. I waited 45 minutes for my to-go order, the tables were never addressed. the young lady at the register was doing her best. She had no support however from her coworkers, particularly the one who was obviously not cooking in the back. My dishes were prepared pretty quickly but they sat at the front on plates for about 30 minutes. I heard the cashier tell them it was a to-go order. The food continued to sit there. When I finally went up to ask her about my food (by then several patrons had received their meals and were seated or had picked up their to-go orders and left) she confirmed that those were my dishes. I asked the cashier for a refund and to cancel my order, that I would be going elsewhere. She said she could not refund anything since there was not a manager on board. I then asked them to please recook my orders since these had been sitting out so long. The hispanic girl (who was not one of the cooks) simply said "oh my god" in an exasperated tone. I asked her what she meant by that? She walked away. I eventually received my order which were the original dishes that had been sitting on the counter. The food was cold by the time I arrived home. Needless to say, I will never return to this location. I used to eat here all of the time but have noticed over time the lack of cleanliness. This visit confirmed I won't be returning.

Please do not spend your money here. Long story short, I had been waiting 20 minutes past when my order confirmation stated my order would be ready. I called and was told my order would be brought to my car. After waiting I went inside to inquire about my order. Guillermo who says he’s a manager walked away from me about three times as I was mid sentence trying to ask where my order was. He rolled his eyes at me when I explained I had been waiting 20 minutes for an order that was placed online forty minutes prior. As I was I speaking he began speaking over me. When I asked if I could get a sentence out he began walking away AGAIN. I asked “do you really not care that much about what I have to say that you have to walk away?” And he said “Not really.” It’s sad that children are allowed to take management positions.

Delicious and fast with generous portions. My first visit did not disappoint. The manager helped me navigate the menu so I could order easily.

Please hire more people and pay them well I come too often and see only one person struggling in the front and one in the kitchen usually. So heartbreaking. It’s hard to find and keep good employees unless you pay and treat them right. Or close the business…

We ordered online and pick up time was 5:45pm. I got to the store at 5:50, and the order wasn't ready yet. The staff said they were running behind due to 2 big orders. I said 9kay and waited. For another 15 minutes. With no contact from employees. I finally asked when the order would be ready and the man behind the counter said he didn't know. I asked him to check. He didn't say anything back to me. I went to the woman behind the counter and asked for a refund. She didn't know how to do it, and got the man, who said the order was ready. He slowly packed it up and gave it to me, 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. We got home and the bread was sub-par, and instead of a kids pasta we got a tomato soup. We loved the Zoes in Savannah, GA, but have only found disappointing food and service at the Texas locations.

I ordered take out. The storeonly had 1unbussed table and there was a sign that said every table gets disinfected after each use and the store is disinfected hourly. The gentleman who took my order was friendly and my order came out quickly.

Waited 20 mins past online pick up order time, rude staff and wrong items (substituted a soup instead of kids pasta). Bread was thin and cheap. Overall, sub-par food and terrible service.

It is a shame, as Zoes used to be a great place for fresh, delicious food.

I was eating at this restaurant when a notice was put on the doors saying due to staff shortage closed until further notice. The whole kitchen staff quit. I asked if Zoe's required the ?, the person said yes. well that's why people are quitting their jobs. The food was ok. Also I ended up sitting on dried food on the bench. That's disgusting.

It's a fast food environment, but quality food, and unique choices. If you're tired of the same old stuff, try this for new options.
